Venezuela is the country with the LARGEST OIL RESERVE in the world and
has contributed to create the largest body of Sovereign and Economically
prosperous Latin American Countries ever, the Community of Latin America
and Caribbean States (CELAC).
It has a population of 30 million inhabitants and its Independence, 206 years
ago, signaled the start of the Independence movement of Latin America.
Venezuela at the top range in all of the social indicators recognized by the
United Nations, the Economic Commission for Latin America and the
Caribbean and other world renowned specialized agencies. In 18 years,
there have been many achievements that demonstrate progressive and
democratic development with utmost respect for human rights and
especially the right for every Venezuelan to express their political opinion,
where millions, before the Bolivarian Revolution, never had the chance.
In Venezuela the police and national guard do not carry lethal weapons and
the media is allowed to go and say whatever they want under an umbrella of
free speech. This booklet shows some of the most relevant facts that
corporate mass news agencies do not want to show you because it breaks
their "failed state" narrative and fake "dictatorship" agenda.
It is the wish of this Embassy that this small contribution can help Indian,
Asian and, hopefully, world public opinion to see the truth about Venezuela
and the democratic and constitutional government of President Maduro
many millions support in our country, its internationally recognized track of
highly improved social conditions in education, health, water access,
women's empowerment, nutrition, housing, impressive poverty reduction,
hunger elimination, minority rights, political participation, institutions for
equal rights for all, which undeniably makes the case for a stronger
democracy, well read and informed population, among the countries with
highest internet access, vibrant freedom of expression and freedom of
mass graves, extreme poverty, high mal nutrition, continuous countless
assassination of journalist and students, lack of basic workers rights,
discrimination of minorities, inexistence of public education, military
constitutions, States and governments penetrated by drug trafcking. Is
this not true? Are these social illnesses not present in some Latin-
American countries? So,the big question is, why do they pick on
Venezuela? Is it because of the OIL and other natural resources?
It was two months ago that the illegal paramilitary violence articially
staged to follow legal protests by opposition in Venezuela, with the
objective to create extreme violence, terror and death and blame the
government of Venezuela. This violence occurs after the opposition rallies
are over and is executed by well trained and well equipped paramilitary
forces that use all types of lethal weapon in criminal street destruction
such as burning of schools, hospitals, food transport units, food storage
buildings and other deadly operations such as targeting people with
home made bullets and burning them. (There are thousands of pictures
and videos taken by international corporate news agencies about this
violent crimes and terror that are never published because they represent
the evidence that the aggresition and dead people are caused by the
illegal and unconstitutional operations to overthrow a government)
The Venezuelan government has the constitutional duty to protect the lives
and rights of the millions of Venezuelans that do not want this violence, but
information (which anybody around the world can witness by simply clicking
any online Venezuelan TV channel, newspaper or webpage, or by going
there) and a strong State to defend national resources and territorial
integrity within the highest respect for human rights. All of this makes
Venezuela a country recognized by the United Nations as an exemplary
MODEL OF HUMAM RIGHTS DEVELOPMENT. All of these truths about
Venezuela, that they want to keep hiding, break down the fake information
and fabricated sanctions against our country, people and government.
Dialogue, peaceful resolution of conict, the need to respect Venezuela's
sovereignty and the prevalence of United Nations principle of Non
intervention in internal matters of other states, is the only basis for a
democratic and peaceful solution of political differences in Venezuela.
Every civilized and democratic government can only support this path and
not the systematic criminal violence instigated and promoted by violent
opposition with international funding, especially through the public budget
of the United States government.
It is the desire for CONTROL OF OIL RESOURCES and now, other strategic
metal compounds such as COLTAN and THORIUM, what is behind the
AGGRESSIONS and ATTACKS against Venezuelan, it's people and
government, presented in the form of staged "internal conict".
There are long-standing conicts and dramatic political and social horrors
in other Latin-American countries such as decades long internal conict,
been 29 ELECTORAL PROCESSES, more than ever before the Bolivarian
Revolution, and it is a clear demonstration of the democratic nature of
Venezuela.
Venezuela is Friendship, Cooperation, Solidarity and Development. That is
what we stand for and that is what we want to reiterate to all countries in the
international concert of Nations.
We want to offer oil as a way of cooperation as an alternative to oil as a tool for
domination. Let's work together for world stability, peace and prosperity. The
world will be a happier, more equal place if we work for the all the people of all
the countries.

want to continue the democratic path of elections, it also has the duty to
protect public and private properties as well as the integrity of its institutions.
Any government around the world would do the same, especially the
governments of EEUU and Europe. Also, thousands of Venezuelans and the
government have been impacted by the campaign of social hatred and
discrimination against large sections of the Venezuelan society such as
people who want to send their children to school, work and support the
government.
The campaign of hatred reinforced by corporate news agencies and social
media must stop.
Venezuela's economy has also been sabotaged and affected by external
agencies and multinational companies in order to blame the government for
economic problems. We know just like in every other country that the economy
will pick up and conditions for economic growth will be there. Is that what
some international powers don't want?
It is for Venezuelans to solve their own political differences under the
international principles of non interference and non intervention.
There is an ELECTORAL PROCESS the 30th of July, the National Constituent
Assembly has been convened under legal and constitutional procedures and
on the 10th of December there are regional governors ELECTIONS
summoned by the National Electoral Council. In the last 18 years there have

Venezuela has the second largest reserve of coltan in the world. This strategic
mineral is the base of which an element called tantalum is extracted. Tantalum
is the metal used in capacitors that store energy in modern electronics like
smart phones and tablets. Tantalum capacitors are also essential in powering
modern military weaponry because the metal resists corrosion and can
withstand the extreme temperatures generated by the new military
applications. Without it, weapons systems would overheat.
