O V E R V I E W

Welcome to the InnerWorkings’ Vendor Label Printing Tool. This tool is used by suppliers to generate labels

that should be affixed to all material being sent to InnerWorkings’ Kenosha, WI warehouse. In order to use

this tool, a user only needs to have been provided logon credentials and have knowledge of either a

purchase order number or an SKU ID for a given shipment of material. This guide explains how to navigate

to and use this tool via a web browser on the internet.

HOW TO GET TO THE TOOL

The tool is a web application and can be accessed via the following URL:

Logon credentials are provided by InnerWorkings’ Kenosha Warehouse customer service group. Suppliers

can contact this group via the below methods:

LOGGING IN OR CHANGING A PASSWORD

LOGGING IN The logon screen pictured below is the first screen a user will see upon arriving at the site.

The user should enter their username (usually their e-mail address) and their password, then click the “Login” button.

If logon is successful, the screen will change slightly, with the user seeing a choice to print labels by purchase order or by Purchase Order No. or SKU ID. The user will see three buttons

• Change Password - this is where the user can change their password and Sign out.

• Sign Out – log out of site

• User Guide – this same document in pdf form

NOTE: The INWK logo in the upper left hand corner will always take the user back to the starting page as displayed above.

CHANGING A PASSWORD After clicking on Change Password, the following page opens

To change a password, type in the current password, the new password and retype the new password again. Then select Change. If the change was successful, the message “Password updated” appears. If the New Password and the Confirm New Password values do not match, the error message “Passwords must match” is displayed.

Go back to the starting page by clicking on the INWK logo in the upper left hand corner.

PRINTING LABELS Go back to the starting page by clicking on the INWK logo in the upper left hand corner.

PRINT LABELS BY PO # To print labels by PO Number, click on that button and choose Select.

A list of purchase order lines connected to that user will appear. Click on the SKU ID of the label you want to print.

The Promotion Code, Client Promotion Code, SKU ID and Client SKU ID will be filled in if known. Choose the Label Sheet Type, enter the Container Quantity. Then click of Print.

For example, if you want labels for packages/boxes that contain 125 pieces in each package/box, and you have 20 packages/boxes for 2500 pieces total in the container. Then enter Container Quantity = 2500, the total number of pieces will be calculated at 20 packages * 125 pieces for 2500 pieces in the container. The carousel shows 3 examples on how the labels in each case would be printed and used In this example we are printing labels with 125 pieces in each package. Enter 125 for the Container Quantity, choose the Label Sheet Type to be 10-Up labels, then select Print

The output is a pdf file, when it is ready, a popup will appear on the bottom of your browser.

PRINT LABELS BY SKU ID You can also print labels by an item. Choose the button for By SKU ID and then click on Select.

The same print screen opens, only this time the Promotion Code, Client Promotion Code, SKU ID and Client SKU ID will not be filled in.

In this example, if you want labels for packages/boxes that contain 24 pieces in each package/box, and you have 2 packages/boxes for 24 pieces total. Then enter Pack Size = 24, Quantity = 2, the total number of pieces will be calculated at 48. Enter the Promotion Code or Client Promotion Code as shown below, the promotion name will update when you tab to the next field

Enter the SKU ID or Client SKU ID as shown below, the SKU name will update when you tab to the next field

Each container has 48 pieces, so enter 48 for the container quantity. Choose the label sheet type and the click on the Print button. The output is a pdf file, when it is ready, a popup will appear on the bottom.
