P u r i t y I n f o r m a t i o n

For the month of February and March, we will be using our Velocity teaching time to dig into the

important subject of purity. As a church, we want to be upfront about this with both students and parents. We will be talking about purity from a

biblical perspective, taking seriously the challenge to pursue love and relationships in the way God calls us, with Christ encompassing every piece of it. Students will be hearing from our adult youth leaders as well as discussing the topic of purity

within gender specific groups. We will be approaching the subject with honesty and

challenging students to abstinence in preparation for an authentic love relationship within the

context of marriage. Their is more information on the back table to go along with this. If you have any questions about these talks, please do not

B o w l i n g This months Activity is on February 8th. We will

be heading to the Rancho Bowl in Santa Maria. The cost is $12 a person which includes unlimited bowling, shoe rentals and a ball. (optional) Bring

extra cash if you want hot mozzarella cheese sticks, fries, drinks, arcade, etc. We plan to be taking the Youth vans back to the Par Building at 10:30 PM if you can help drive please Call Jeremy at (805) 458-5755.
