SYSTEM SETTINGSSet Restaurant IDThe Restaurant ID factory default setting is 0. Your system -may not beshipped with the factory default setting ID = 0. Contact LRS at800.437.4996, to verify your Restaurant ID.
To change the ID:

MAINTENANCE FUNCTIONSRange TestThe Range Test feature is used to broadcast a continuous signal.This will allow for testing within your location regarding range foryour pagers to receive a page from the T9560.
To turn ON the Range Test:

When the range test is active, the LCD will display an 8 movingacross screen. Then the red LED will transmit once every 10 seconds. Take a couple of pagers and gradually move further away from thetransmitter until the pager stops vibrationg. This will indicate therange of your T9560EZ.
To turn OFF the Range Test:

Low Battery AlertWhen the transmitter’s battery is low, the LCD will display “LoBat”.

PAGER PROGRAMMINGThe T9560 EZ can program any LRS Pager type. The transmitter’s cur-rent mode of operation must match the desired pager type to program.
To program an SP4, coaster, or paddle pager:
1. Remove the pager from the charging base
2. Allow the pager to complete the vibration and flashing se-quence
3. Press then the corresponding pager # and press
4. The red LED in the top right corner of the transmitter willlight up once
5. The pager will glow once cycle to indicate it received theprogramming
To program an Alpha Pager or Orion Pager:
1. Remove the battery from the pager
2. Re-insert the battery into the pager
3. On the keypad, press thecorresponding pager # and press
4.The red LED on the top right corner of the transmitter willlight up three times
5. The pager will then beep three times to indicate it receivedthe programming

Group Paging and ProgrammingThe T9560 EZ has the ability to program groups into the LRS Al-phanumeric Staff and Orion Pagers only. Up to 5 groups can be pro-grammed into the transmitter and pager
To turn ON Group Paging, press - - - -
To turn OFF Group Paging, press - - - -
When Group Paging is enabled, select up to 5 Group Numbers to setand define in the transmitter. Please follow these steps to setupGroups:
1. Turn ON Group Paging, press - - - -
2. To set Group Number, press - - - # - (# is a number from 1 to 9)
3. Program each individual pager that will belong to this Group(see Pager Programming section)
a. While the pager is programmed, the red LED on the trans-mitter will blink one additional time for each group to pro-gram.

5. Repeat Steps 1-4 for each Group to be setup (be sure to turn Group Paging ON for each Group and thenOFF after each Group is setup and individual pagers are pro-grammed for that Group)
6. When all Groups are setup and programmed, be sure thatGroup Paging is turned OFF
