Store bought yogurt drinks often haveunnecessary additives as well as refinedsugar. It’s quite easy to make your own.This is a quick recipe made with freshblueberries. It is a refreshing, clean drinkto start the day. In no time at all you canwhiz this together and it will help keepyou going until lunch.
Ingredients
12 fresh blueberries½ cup (125ml) plain probiotic vegan yogurt
2 teaspoons dark agave1 teaspoon lime juice
¼ cup (60ml) vanilla rice milk (rice dream)
Method
Put all ingredients together in a liquidiserand blend for about 20 seconds.
Put in the fridge for 10 minutes or in thefreezer for 5 minutes if you need to save time.I find it is particularly good with oat cakes.
