The Ventil VC25-SRV is a very easy, safe and accurate operating work-shop test unit for testing & setting all sorts of Pressure / Safety Relief Valves (spring- weight and pilot op-erated) in the range ½” – 10” / DN15 – 250 mm. according to the com-mon international test standards. The VC25-SRV features the unique 3-Claw clamping system, specially designed for quickly clamping all common types and sizes of safety valves up to 10” with a maximum clamping force of 25 ton. The strong and robust constructed clamping sys-tem is mounted on top of a stainless steel test liquid sump / reservoir and is easily controlled by a pneumatic driven hydraulic operation system. The stainless steel control panel fa-cilitates the test- and operation sys-tems for safely and accurately testing and re-adjusting all common types of safety valves.

VC25-SRV CONTROLS

The combined gas- & liquid test system is specially

designed and equipped for accurately testing safe-

ty valves according to the international standards.

The installation of the pressure accumulator, the

specific configuration of the piping, fittings and

controls ensure an strong and dynamic lift reac-

tion and accurate test results. High quality, stain-

less steel gauges measure and display the pressure

in bar / PSI. The instruments are calibrated and

certified according to the international standards.

All controls have tag plates in English or your

Native language.

The set pressure, time, reseating pressure and tight-

ness are accurately measured and displayed on the

17” LCD screen of the unique (optional) Computer

Registration System. The Windows XP system has a

very easy question - answer operation and enables

you to store all test and valve data and print a full

size test certificate. The CRS is standard completed

with a strong database system for keeping track on

all your safety valves and is compatible with your

Windows network.
