5-year Total Satisfaction GuaranteeIf you are not totally satisfied with the performance of your device from VBS, we will replace it withoutcharge for a similar model for up to 5 years from dateof installation.

This guarantee applies to devices that have been continuously covered by a VBS full service contract.

4 Hour Guarantee Response TimeVBS guarantees 4-hour on-site response time fromthe time a corrective maintenance call is placed until a technician responds. If the average response timeexceeds four hours over the course of one year, youwill receive a $250 credit.

Loaner PolicyIn the unlikely event that your equipment is inoperable for 48 hours we will provide a LOANER at your location until we resolve your service issue.Should you need to print while your unit is down, wewill provide access to our nearest production printingfacility at any point your equipment is inoperable.

Leasing Code of EthicsAt the end of the initial lease term, you will never paymore than 15% of the leased equipment cost on aFMV agreement. Should your lease contain a $1.00 purchase option, you will not be billed renewal payments.

60 Minute Telephone Response TimeVBS technical staff will contact you within 60 minutesof placing your service call to try and resolve theissue (if applicable) over the phone or remotely withour First Pass team and if that is not possible willtransfer the call to a technician. The technician willthen contact you with an estimated time of arrival.

Free Delivery, Installation and Network TrainingProduct and network training will be provided on how to best utilize your device is included and will beprovided as long as the equipment is covered by aVBS full service contract.

Fleet Optimization ProgramUtilizing advanced software tools, VBS will analyzeand restructure your printer and MFP fleet, often resulting in significantly lower costs and an optimized print fleet.

E-InfoVBS on-line portal (E-Info) is customized for our clientsand allows you to submit meter readings, order supplies,and collect service information on your devices.

E-Info is a tool that allows for a designated user or group of users to log onto our website and havecomplete visibility to your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can review meters due, servicehistory, service summary, order summary and otherdetailed items. To sign up, simply go to:

Response time guarantee is for commercial accounts that do not have a separate SLA as part of an RFP or major account program. Four-hour response is measured annually and will be covered duringQuarterly Business Reviews. This covers multifunctional devices and not Production Print devices, color or black and white.
