HR & Admin Manager:

Responsible for 3000+ employees in Abu Dhabi projects including the labour camp. Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions and helping resolve

Work-related problems. HR Policies formulation & implementation. Performance appraisal, Recruitment of labors and staff. Manage the staff mobilization and demobilization. Identify manpower vacancies and hire the people. Monitor the implementation of Human Resources programs through Human Resources and Public

Relations staff, identify opportunities for improvement and resolve any discrepancies. Employee’s grievances management Handling all personnel records & all HR related files, leave management. Manage the end of employment process including the end of service benefits and final dues. Do a manpower utilization analysis, study the project requirement and transfer the manpower according

to the operational needs. Process the monthly payroll and ensure all the data are available and correct for the WPS files. Maintain staff cost record and generate monthly and yearly reports. Issue warning letters and maintain the disciplinary records. Ensure all the employees are following the company’s policies. Employee’s joining formalities.

Employee’s life support administration. Maintain the daily manpower attendance and absenteeism report. Ensure the legality of the sub-contractor’s manpower. Manage the employee’s visa process, renewal and cancellation. Responsible for Plant & Machinery Admin department for 150 vehicles. Vehicle Registration and Insurance renewals and Loss and damage claim proceedings. Administration of two Labor Camps. Arranging/hiring staff accommodation. Track the documents expiry dates and notify the employees.

OPERATIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Strategic Planning: Support the TCC Managing Director in setting the strategic plan & milestone for the HR & Administration function

Budgeting and Workforce: Identify and manage the Business Development budget estimates/expenditure in line with the HR &Administration department

HR Operations: Formulate, maintain and uphold HR policies and procedures in order to achieve the business goals and ensure organizational growth

Administration: Oversee the general administration services and activities such as transportation, security, mobile and maintenance. Monitor visa related operations for all staff (labors and professionals)

Recruitment: Oversee the development and implementation of staff manpower planning and recruitment activities

Labor Resourcing and Management: Oversee all resource/labor demands from operations/ management and coordinate with recruitment/manpower agencies to ensure efficient labor acquisition process

HR Business Partner: Partner with senior leadership and serve as the HR subject –matter-expert, guide the development of HR strategies and initiatives that attract, develop and retain talent

Emiratization: Direct and oversee sourcing of national employees and coordinate hiring process effectively in order to meet the planned emiratisation targets

Vendor management: Oversee and manage collaboration with different HR services providers General Tasks: Perform any other duties and responsibilities as designated by the TCC Managing

Experience: Serving as a link between HR/Admin and employees at a site by handling queries, Interpreting & administering solutions and helping resolve work related problems at site. Manage the efforts of HR/Admin staffs to bring together the proper resource and planning at the right time and whilst developing relationships with the projects heads and site administration and also developing a professional team to work under limited supervision.

Responsibilities:I was range from general office support to the MD and project manager along with organizing and ensuring that site workers are in place as required. There will be a lot of liaising with clients and workers on site. Maintaining of Employee / Subcontractors / Manpower suppliers records.

Principal Accountabilities: Looking over the joining formalities at site of new employees like registering in master / time card /

and induction with the senior staffs such as CM / PM / AGM / GM/ Sr.GM and finalizing the place of work to be assigned at site.

Follow up with the Employees who are on Vacation and informing HR concerning defaulter who failed to report duty on specified time.

Maintain CV and Job description database at site and ensure that it is kept in appropriate place. Guiding time keepers and checking of personnel attendance on daily basis to avoid any

discrepancies and ensuring that monthly attendance reaches HR on or before 21st of each month. Coordinate with HR concerning any grievance of personnel at site and sorting out as and when

required. Responsible for keeping of records such as contracts of subcontractors, manpower supplier and

machineries. Visit site and cross check with the daily time sheet and manpower availability at site. Coordinate with project in charges for performance appraisal of employees and update the same to

HR.

Ensuring that personnel assigned at site are carrying out duties as per the required standard and achieves his target as required by the site management.

Ensuring that no illegal workers are allowed to work at site by the sub contractor or manpower suppliers.

Ensuring non performers being intimated to HR in writing through site Management for proper course of action.

Ensuring that work is carried out safely and according to work spot, company and U.A.E rules and regulations.
