Cambodian passport holders are not required to possess a negative Covid-19 test certificate within 72 hrs prior to departure; however, they are required to do COVID-19 test at Phnom Penh airport upon their arrival.

International passengers requiring Health Certificate indicating COVID-19 negative status from a molecular PCR swab test must get the test done by the competent health authority within 72 hours prior to departure

Canada

Due to current ban on direct flights, travellers coming through an indirect route (other country) to Canada would need to stop and obtain a test administered in that country before proceeding on their journey to Canada. Currently tests from India are not accepted. Following are permitted:

Effective 7th JAN21- All passengers 5years of age or older are required to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 molecular test result. If the passenger has had COVID-19 and has recovered, but is still testing positive, they

wil l be permitted to board with a positive test result providing it was administered at least 14 days but not more than 90 days from the scheduled departure of a flight to Canada.

Foreign nationals entering China must hold a valid Chinese visa Foreign nationals holding valid Chinese residence permits for work, personal matter and reunion are allowed to enter China with no need for applying for new visas.

If the above three categories of residence permits held by foreign nationals expired at 00.01 a.m.,28 March 2020, the holders may apply for relevant visas by presenting the expire residence permits and relevant materials to the Chinese embassies or consulates on the condition that the purpose of the holders visit to China remains unchanged. The above mentioned personnel shall strictly abide by the Chinese regulations on epidemic prevention and control.

YES Further to Government announcement strengthening trave restrictions for passengers coming from India to France on direc or transit flights, the following shall be imposed from Saturday the 24th of April 2021 till further notice:

For travelers over 11 years of age only, the result of an "RT-PCR-COVID" virological screening test conducted less than 36 hours before departure (i.e. departure of the first flight in case of a connecting flight) which is negative for infection by Covid-19 or, otherwise, the result of a virological screening test (PCR) conducted less than 72 hours before departure which is negative for infection by Covid-19 and an antigenic test conducted less than 24 hours before departure which is negative for infection by Covid-19.

Effective 24th April 2021(2359 hours) flights from India will be suspended in all UAE airports. Arrival passengers from India through other countries (Transit) are not allowed to enter UAE, unless they were staying 14 days in the other countries. The following are exempted from the above entry restriction:

The following procedure will be applied for the exempted categories: a. Quarantine for 10 days for all arrivals. b. PCR test upon arrival, on day 4, and day 8. c. The validity of PCR test before departing is reduced to 48 hours instead of 72 hours. d. PCR results will only be accepted from authorized labs that generate a QR code. Passengers traveling to Dubai must carry valid COVIDE-19 certificate issued within the 48 hours from the time of collecting the sample. Time of sample collection and time of reporting must is mentioned on the Test Certificate.

Children under 12 years and passengers with moderate tosevere disabilities are exempted from RT-PCR test. The certificate must indicate a NEGATIVE test result, described either in ARABIC or ENGLISH, issued from a certified lab at the original point of destination, where the passenger is travelling from.

It is MANDATORY requirement for the PCR test report to include a QR Code linked to the original report, for verification purposes by the airlines and validation by the representatives of Dubai Health Authority (DHA) in Dubai Airports. The relevant authority in the Emirate of Dubai reserves the rights to return the passengers to the originating destination in the event of non-compliance with the above instructions. Effective 18/4/2021, it is mandatory for passengers travelling to Sharjah to carry PCR Negative Test report. Validity of PCR Test is 72 hours.

All inbound passengers shall be quarantined for ten (10) days from the date of arrival The residents of Abu Dhabi with independent residing facilities are being given home quarantine for 10 days and not institutional quarantine. The residents need to show the copy of the Tenancy Contract the Health Authorities on arrival. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIAFOR PURCHASE OF TICKETS FOR OUTBOUND REPATRIATION FLIGHTS BY AIR INDIA AND AIR INDIA EXPRESS

Due to extraordinary circumstances arising from the COVID-19 pandemic, there are restrictions at a number of international destinations. All passengers who propose to purchase tickets for flights DEPARTING INDIA on any Air India or Air India Express flights that will be repatriating Indian Nationals from abroad MUST read this document and agree with the

conditions set out in these guidelines.

1. It is the responsibility of all prospective travelers to satisfy themselves that they are fully eligible to enter or transit the country for which they are purchasing an Ai rIndia ticket. Air India, Air India Express and their subsidiaries accept no liability in this regard.

2. As per Annexure B Para 2(ii) of the Standard Operating Protocol (SOP) issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) dated5 May 2020, only those persons shall be allowed to travel to the destination countries who are citizens of that country; who ho ld visa of at least one-year duration of that country; and Green Card or OCI card holder. In case of medical emergency or death in the family, Indian nationals holing six-month visa can also be allowed.

3. In several destinations, Only NATIONALS FROM THE DESTINATION COUNTRY are being permitted entry. These include OMAN, KUWAIT, MALAYSIA, PHILIPPINES, QATAR, SAUDI ARABIA and UAE. Conditional exceptions have been made for some categories, namely Diplomats on Mission and UN officials.

4. In case passengers have documents certifying their eligibility to travel to any of the countries listed above, such as health workers holding valid work permits, or resident visa holders, they may separately obtain written permission from Government authorities or Embassies of the above countries’ resident in India (New Delhi), or their nearest Consulates. This will NOT be the responsibility of Government of India or its agencies; or Air India and its subsidiaries.

5. Seafarers with valid CDCs and an Employers’ Letters indicating the name and details of the holder, and the port of

commencement of duty(USA, UK and SINGAPORE ONLY), may also purchase tickets on outbound flights.

6. Foreign Nationals in India, from any of the destination countries are welcome to purchase tickets to travel.

7. Third Country nationals seeking to travel from India to or through destinations being reached by Air India’s repatriation fli ghts may ensure that they have eligible visas to enter BAHRAIN, BANGLADESH, USA, UK OR SINGAPORE. They may also satisfy themselves, at their responsibility entirely, that there are no separate eligibility criteria in force regarding their entry in these countries. If they are refused entry at the point of destination, they may not be allowed return to India as well.

8. Diplomats and UN officials traveling on outbound flights operated by Air India need to carry a letter from their Mission in the arrival destination confirming their clearance from the receiving Government, for them to travel. The letter must mention passport details.
