Signed original and entry fees must be delivered within one hour of the commencement of the trial.

Entry Forms must be completed in full and accompanied by ENTRY & LISTING FEES. A CKC listing fee of $10.50 is payable for each entry of a dog for which a CKC or Event Registration number is not shown on the entry form. A CKC Registration number or ERN must be applied for within 30 days of the trial or all awards will be canceled. Application forms are available from the CKC at the above address.

Please Note CKC Ruling: Canadian Resident non CKC Members running a wholly owned dog cannot win a placement unless they pay a non-member participation fee or a membership fee to the CKC.

All participants must be familiar with CKC Rules and Regulation 21.7: In summary, it provides that any Person participating in a Trial shall not be subjected to an indignity of any kind. Violations of this rule shall be dealt with in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Canadian Kennel Club.

Males and Females will be run in the order of the draw. Bitches in season may not compete and must be withdrawn.

Any dog not appearing within 15 minutes of its time to run may be disqualified.

Dead Ducks will be used in all stakes.

Standard CKC Rosettes will be awarded. RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION OF LANDOWNERS: By entering this Trial each participant agrees to assume all risks and hazards incidental to participation in the Trial and agrees to release and save harmless and indemnify the owner(s) of any property upon which the Trial is held together with their officers, agents, employees and representatives from all claims, actions, costs, expenses and demands in respect to death, injury, loss or damage to the person or property of the participant howsoever caused, arising out of or in connection with the participants use or entry upon the property. It is understood that this agreement is binding upon the participants, his or her heirs, executors and assigns. REFUNDS: Full refunds will be given for any dog withdrawn because of estrus, injury, illness or death. Other refunds (less a scratch fee of $10.00 per dog) may be given for good cause at the discretion of the field trial committee. All requests for refunds must be in writing and must be received within 2 days of the last day of the trial and, unless otherwise agreed by the field trial committee, must be accompanied by a Veterinarian’s certificate.

Unlimited on which this trial is being held. Please show your appreciation by leaving the area clean. There

will be no training on the grounds after Thursday April 25, 2019.
