Patented Variflow™ acceleratorThe new, extra-wide Variflow™

system achieves the strongest blow-ing force in any crop—from light anddry to heavy and sticky. When youchoose to process in corn, the acceler-ator moves up allowing room for thecrop processor to move into the cropflow.When you switch to a grasscrop, and the processor must beremoved, the accelerator is positionedlower, closer to the cutterhead. Thisposition reduces crop turbulencewhich reduces the risk of blockagesand plugging. A large horsepowersavings results when the acceleratoris in the lower position for haylage.The crop gets to the accelerator sooner,reducing the power needed to expelit from the machine.

Uniform kernel processingThe optional FR9000 crop proces-

sor helps you increase your cattle’sproduction with corn silage that’shigher in effective fiber and easierfor cattle to digest. Ten-inch-diameterrolls are 30 inches wide to thoroughlyprocess corn kernels while chopping.The 10 inch rolls provide more sur-face area for the crop to be processedthan prior models. A sawtooth pat-tern on the rolls provides aggressiveprocessing to virtually guaranteethat all the kernels are cracked whilethe chromed surface provides longlife in abrasive conditions.
