Channel Development and Management Process

We have named this process as Connect Program

Connect Overview

An initiative to help the partners sell products in an easy and efficient manner. Through this program we plan to make these readily available and at aggressive price

points so that the partners can meet the needs of your customer quickly. Connect team will be working to come out with bundles and promotions around the most

frequently used products. Connect team works in a manner to give the partners all the support and help to close

deals faster.

Lead Management

Lead Management activity is to help your partners with more opportunities for product

which in turn leads to more business Leads generated by the end customer calling team are shared with the partners in order

to get the feedback on the same and to judge the right product fitment as per the organizations requirements

The Connect Team keep chasing the partners till the time feedback is not received from their end

The feedback received from the partners end is then updated in the master file and the status is shared by the client in order to judge the number of closures expected product wise or quarter wise

Funnel Collection

The Connect Team collects the funnel to get them highlighted in the system and get the required support from your local sales team and distributors for product information and product availability. This helps those closing deals faster.

Funnel collection is a process done by connect team in order to collect the funnel generated by the partners for their deals in pipeline and closed

The Connect Team calls up the different set of partners (Top 50, Top 100, etc) in order to collect information on deals in different types of products

The funnel collected is then shared with the client on weekly basis

Training & Events

Connect Team will help partners to get training for various products that will help them to sell the products

Also, we will try to get the partners to deal in your product line who were earlier not dealing in any such kind of product line

Connect Team will help client to increase more partners participation in their various events through calling the different set of partners database

Base Program

(Reseller Incentive Program)

Reach out with a supporting hand across PAN India to all CLIENT Partners. Assist them to increase in their turnover. Target not only the partners till date registered with CLIENT but also increasing the horizon in both length & breadth, bringing in more retailers, resellers, etc with client.

We would act as a link between Partners & client to help in their BD Activities & Support Connect Team can take up the activity to motivate & support all the partners. Also we would educate them with ongoing and upcoming schemes for the partners for

their benefits. This would in turn lead to increased revenue drive through these partners with Connect

Team involvement.
