1. Understood the target user and their requirement.

2. Designing something unconventional and bold as the target audience was

tier 1.

3. Keeping the navigation menus based on the users’ shopping behavior. The

products were categorized based on the user need rather than technical

need.

4. The search was made smart so as to ease user when he is looking for any

particular product.

5. As it was a new brand it was very important to give it proper recognition.

6. The design had a very strong visual communication. At the same time the

images and graphics were optimized so that loading does not create an

issue.

7. The steps in the buying process were reduced.

8. In the product detail page contextual description and product images were

given to give holistic look and feel of the product.
