Jamie’s Memories

My 4 very best friends are Tye,

Ryan, Oscar and Michael

My funniest playtime memory

was when I was outside with Tye

and Oscar, Oscar was running

away from us saying “HA HA, IM

FASTER THAN YOUUUU” and then

he turned his head back around

and ended up flipping on to his

back into a mud pile XD.

In year 3 my most favourite and

funniest moment was when I was

with Tye and some other friends

and there was this stage on the

playground and we made a whole

band it was so cool and funny so

this was my most favourite

moment in year 3.

My most funniest moment in year

4 was when it was odd sock day

and I forgot, I got to school and

thought every one was crazy

wearing all these weird rainbow

socks up to their knees but at the

end of the day, I realised I had odd

socks on myself

My favourite memory in year

as a roman and I had a spear,

sword and shield. I also really

liked the squid and the greek

cheese.

I haven’t really got a

memory of year five but I

do remember having a

party with my friend Oscar

before he left this school.

My most improved

skill is my creativity

and writing, I can write

a lot quicker and my

imagination in stories

is never-ending.

My favourite lesson by far, is definitely English as you can

tell from my skill box I love making poems and stories and

my imagination is like someone telling me a whole page of

of a book.

Page 10: Valley Primary School Class of 2020 Aaliyah ’s Memories · My favourite playtime memory My favourite play time was when Cater, Leilan and some others were just Naruto running around

I am really looking

forward to going to

secondary school as

I have a lot more

friends there that I

have missed and I

can’t wait to see

what it’s like!

One thing I want to

keep practising is

concentration, this

is because I would

do so much better in

my work if I didn’t

look anywhere else

but at my work.

I really hope we learn

about the

atmosphere outside

earth and more

about how oxygen is made.

I don’t have any

questions for next

year, I am confident

and I think I know

what I need to do

and follow anyway.

Looking ahead

Me and my friends first time meeting each other:

At first we were all very shy but after we talked for a while

were split into different classes. Luckily that didn’t stop us

because we are all going to Lode Heath!!!

My favourite playtime

different games all the time I

would say every time we play

a game it is funny because we

put a twist on every game.

Page 15: Valley Primary School Class of 2020 Aaliyah ’s Memories · My favourite playtime memory My favourite play time was when Cater, Leilan and some others were just Naruto running around

I am looking forward to…

Having a new fresh start

and also making new

friends because it is

always nice to meet new

people and become

friends with them. I am

also looking forward to

having a new change and

going to different classes

each lesson.

One thing I want to keep practising is…

My science and my

English because I feel

like if I practise more

than I will be able to

achieve better in

both of those lessons.

Also to just be myself

at Lode Heath.

I really hope we learn about…

How to cook and to learn

about more history

lessons like World War 1

and 2. The reason why I

want to learn these is

because they are both

very interesting. Also I

love to bake and cook so

it would be good to do

things that involve that.

Questions I have about next year

are…

Is it confusing getting

around the school and

going to different classes?

How do you remember all

your teachers names? How

do you get credits and

debits? How would you

know which classrooms to

go into?

Looking ahead

Hopefully I get to make some new friends and to have some nice teachers.

Hayden’s Memories

In year 4 me and my friends where playing tennis and we got a bit bored of just playing normal

games so we decided to see who could bounce the ball on their raket the most. Lelan went up first

and got 20 points. Next up was me I wasn’t very good at it but I gave it a try anyway I got 15 which

was a personal record for me I may not have won but I had achieved something. Next up was

Keaton who I know was very good at this scoring 22 points to put him in the lead. Last but not least

was Lewis he needed 23 points or more to win so he went to do it and he scored 22 points but

suddenly the bell rang we had to wait in till tomorrow. The next day had finally arrived first up was

Keaton scoring only 1 as he messed up with his control all Lewis had to do was score 2 points or

more which he did he got an amazing 10 to win we didn’t see this coming.

We were playing football and we were 2-0

down not long left of lunch so first Lewis

scores to make it 2-1 so this means we still

have hope about 5 minutes left of lunch we

have a free kick Ryle faking to take the free

kick Lewis comes from behind and takes it

and it goes into the top corner making the

score 2-2. With about 1 minute left there was

still time for a winner Lewis plays a free ball

to Lelan and finishes it into the bottom

corner we had won the match.2-3 the bell

had went and we had won.

We were on the Brandon Marsh trip there

was so many actives and one of them was

catching little creatures as we were doing that

it was my turn to do it I had put the bucket in

the water and then I got the bucket out to

see I had caught a very weird creature it

wasn’t even on the list I was shocked to see it

but proud because I had caught it.

It was the day of the cricket tournament and I was not the best at cricket but I was still

willing to play.

and scissors and you had to open up the heart and

look at the inside of it, some people felt sick

looking at it some people like me liked opening up

the heart and looking at it.

about a 2hour drive on the coach but it

was really fun because we kept talking

on the coach then when we got to

London we when to a museum about

ancient Egypt and it was quite good

all then years ago it was basically half

broken but I found it really call to see a

statue of an Egyptian king that was

built many years ago.

I am also looking forward to

seeing what I got on my SATs

to see if I did good or to see

if I did bad.

One thing I want to keep working

on is…

The thing I want to keep working

on is my Maths because I feel

like I’ve become a lot better at it

but I still need to work on my

fractions and decimals and a lot

more Math things. I’m really

good at adding, the time,

subtraction and some more but I

feel like I need way more work

and a recap on them.

And I think that my spellings

could use another recap too.

I really hope we learn about…

I hope we learn about the

world wars or things about

millions of years ago

because I have always loved

learning about things from

ages ago and things that

everyone can have a debate

on. I’ve always wanted to

learn about the world wars

because I find them

interesting and I have always

wanted to learn more about

Egypt too (with the

mummies)

Questions I have about next

year are …

I only really have one question

about next year that is because

we missed out on manor

adventure and our end of

to have that once everything

has gone back to normal?

One more question is:

Will we get to bring our books

home, bring our English, Maths

and other books home with us?

What I’ve improved on…

I’ve improved on my Maths by a far amount.

I really hope we learn about…

I enjoy cooking and want

to learn a lot about it in

secondary school!

I’m also interested in

history and like learning

that we are supposed to have?

Do different year groups have different times they

go out and eat at breaks and lunchtime?

Do different classes still see each other at breaks

need to keep practising so they’re even better and

so I don’t forget the methods. I also want to practise

percentages and multiplication so I don’t forget

anything. I want to be able to answer them faster

and practise with bigger numbers.

I really hope we learn about…

I really hope we learn about the Victorians

again since we have only learned about them

once and I want to know more about them and

more about how they were treated and what

would happen in certain situations.

What is your best skill that you could use in the

future?

My best skill in maths would be percentages or

addition because I have always found those the

easiest. My skill in English would be my spellings

because I love to read which helps with your

spellings.
