• vacuum funnel (Buchner here, can use Hirsch)

• filtercone (black rubber sleeve)

• vacuum flask with rubber hose

Vacuum set-up

• Clamp flask to retort lattice

• Connect to vacuum with quick disconnect and vacuum hose

• use filter paper that just covers base-plate of funnel

1. Turn on vacuum2. Use fresh solvent to paste paper to

bottom of funnel
