Description:

The 1100 series characterizes a vertical in-line coating system, designed for the coating of glass panels. By using PVD process both conductive and non-conductive target materials can be coated.

Our automated coating system can handle substrate sizes of up to 1.200 mm × 1.600 mm in a cycle-time of 80 sec/carrier.

Characteristics:

The double-side loading of the carrier increases the operational capacity of the production line and the cost-e� ectiveness by factor 2. The fl exible modular design of the equipment allows us to adjust 100 % to the requirements of our customers.

The BeHo 1200 series is a horizontal in-line coating system, which has been applied in the most divers of industries.

The system, which is cooled by deep-hole drilling, can be constructed with chamber sizes of from 400 × 400 mm up to 2500 × 4500 mm. The modular design enables us to construct and commission a specifi c system in accordance with the concept and requirements of the individual customer - within only a few weeks.

Characteristics:

The loading and the automated return of the substrates can be carried out variably.

In this way a 50 % saving of building space is possible.
