General Cosmetic Condition: This home appears to be in excellent condition. All rooms are clean, neatly organized, bedding is unstained, and provide space for the renter's personal belongings. Home is located on the canal. Large balcony with ceiling fans overlooking the canal.

As described in the property description, the home was equipped with 4 queen size beds and 1 king size bed, a fold out sofa, televisions in the living room and bedrooms, with multiple ceiling fans throughout the house. Bathrooms were stocked with towels and robes in the master suite as described.

The Kitchen included a dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishes, coffee/creamer/sugar/etc. Full sized washer and dryer located in the utility room. Large multiple vehicle parking area. Outdoor Shower appeared clean and well kept. Swimming ladder appeared to be stable- no visible rust or broken rails.

Everything appeared to be working correctly. I looked under all beds, in the closets, and cabinets- everything was spotless! Very nice rental home!
