    ALL PHONE ORDERS: Orders for custom made parts and balanced rotating assemblies shall require a minimum 50%deposit and are not returnable for any reason. Unless parts are ordered in writing, phone ordersare deemed to be correct as per our salesperson’s hand written copy. Your order will be repeatedby your salesperson at the time the order is placed so that you then can verify accuracy.

    PAYMENT: We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards. Shipments can also be sent C.O.D.Prepayment by wire transfer to our bank is acceptable. Orders prepaid by check will be heldapproximately 2 weeks until funds clear.

    C.O.D. SHIPMENTS: Orders can be sent C.O.D. only within the continental United States and Puerto Rico. UPS andFedEx do not accept cash. We will give you an exact total so that you can be prepared withcertifie d funds.

    SHIPPING: We ship via UPS, FedEx, RPS and all major carriers. Ground and air servic e is available.

    OVERSEAS and We will ship per your instructions. All payment methods specified above are accepted, exclude-CANADIAN: ing C.O.D.’s.

    DROP SHIPS: All drop ships (shipments directly from the manufacturer) must be prepaid and are subject todrop ship fee.

    REFUSED SHIPMENTS: All refused orders are subject to a 15% restocking charge plus all shipping costs incurred by us.

    WHEN YOU RECEIVE Please check all parts carefully. Look for small items such as piston locks and wrist pins.YOUR ORDER: All claims for incorrect missing, or defective goods must be made within five (5) business

    days of receipt. Visible damage must be reported within one (1) business day of receipt. Wewill correct damaged or defective items only. Incorrect items are subject to return policy below.

    RETURN AND All returns must have an ‘RGA’ number (Return Goods Authorization) on the outside of the box. EXCHANGES: Call us at 561-533-5500 if you require an RGA. Inside the box include your name, address and

    daytime phone number, a copy of your invoice and the reason for the return. Please packagethe parts so that they will not be damaged during shipment. Returns must be shipped pre-paid (no C.O.D.’s) and should be insured. Returns must be in new, undamaged, unmodifiedand resalable condition. So please check all parts before installation, balancing ormachining as those cannot be returned for any reason. It is your responsibility to returnany part in resalable condition. That includes incorrect items. NO EXCEPTIONS! Openedbearing packages will not be accepted for return.Discontinued items cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason.

    We will exchange or issue store credit for any parts resalable as new within 30 days of purchaseat 100% of purchase price. Exchanges after 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Noexchanges after 60 days from purchase.

    REFUNDS: All items returned for refund must meet our return and exchange policy and will be subject to aminimum 15% restocking charge. No refunds after 30 days of receipt.

    IF WE GOOF: Contact us immediately for an RGA number. All returns are subject to the conditions above.Replacements will be sent upon our receipt of the incorrect items. Shipping will be at ourexpense per the shipping method of the original order. We regret that we cannot be responsiblefor any expedited service beyond the original shipping method. If replacements are requiredbefore parts can be returned, they must be paid for and credit or refund will be issued uponreceipt by us of the incorrect goods.
