Inspection Capabilities:• Print Verification: inspects alpha-numeric text for readability ensuring accuracy of critical information on label, film and package • 1D/2D Barcode Identification: verifies barcodes are present and properly coded, promoting a fast and reliable retail purchase• Label and Film Verification: accurate inspection of the label and film for presence, position and correctness, preventing nonconforming products from entering the marketplace• Seal Contaminant: detects contaminants in the seal Ensures a quality look on the retailers’ shelves

For Both Top and Bottom Inspections*:• Up to 250 ppm depending on article length• Conveying speeds up to 70 m/min**• Best before date, production date, lot number and customer specified character string readability and verification character height > 1,5 mm (x-height)**• 1-D and 2D bar code readability and verification• Label type, position, and fold detection

Additional for Top Inspections*:• Film type and position detection (shift ≥ 3mm, > 3o skew)• Seal contaminant detection (contaminant is > 3 mm2 )
