● is an interdisciplinary team to support, encourage and lead the creation of MOOCs at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM)
Starting Point: What is UAMx?
It is composed by several roles:
● Program director: to manage the process of course creation
● Legal advice, marketing, multimedia and IT staff: to support the creation of the courseware
● Faculty and teacher assistants: to devise the courseware
● Data Czar: to define and lead the overall research strategy around course data
● MOOC selection:
○ Call for MOOC proposals to all Staff at UAM○ Decision: steering Committee
● Phases for the generation of a MOOC:○ Planning○ Design○ Creation○ Promotion strategies○ Run○ Data Analysis / Evaluation
