Founded in 1983 by Ravindra V. Shah Started as a trader and indentor for

international companies to supply to companies of international and national repute

1986 – Importer of bulk raw materials and finished products for redistribution, including logistics to supply to various clients

1990 – Exports of natural raw materials and finished products to Europe, USA and South East Asian countries

1996 – Manufacturing of pharmaceutical finished herbal formulations including generics and high-tech Sustained Release formulations and Contract R&D and preparation of Registration Dossier based on EU CTD format, along with Bioequivalence studies in India for major European clients

2000 – commenced Cultivation of medicinal plants on contract cultivation basis with an objective of social welfare for rural Maharashtra - Co-ordination of clinical studies for MNCs, together with pre-clinical and pre-formulation development

2004 – Established brand: AMBROSIA specifically for Cosmeceuticals and Dermaceuticals based on marine ingredients for various applications

2007 – Established brand:THAL’ION – a premium retail and professional range of Thalasso Dermo-Cosmetics from France
