SECTION 1: WHERE DOES OUR DRINKING WATER COME FROM AND HOW CAN WE PROTECT IT?
• Where I can find a copy of the source water assessment for my water utility?
• When was the source water assessment completed? Have there been major land use and development changes in the source water protection area since the completion of the assessment?
• According to the source water assessment, is my water utility’s source water susceptible to contamination, and from what?
SECTION 1: WHERE DOES OUR DRINKING WATER COME FROM AND HOW CAN WE PROTECT IT?
• What is my water utility doing to protect the source water?
• Does my water utility have a comprehensive source water protection program?
• Who are the partners involved in protecting my source water and how can I be involved?
• Knowing about past contamination events of my source water, what have my water utility, local government, state regulators, and community partners done to protect my source
