Hello,The Incident Command System (ICS) was originally designed by fire protection agencies to improve their ability to manageemergencies. It is an all-risk system that enables companies to function in a multi-organization environment.Now the same ICS management concepts are being used by Electric Utility to respond to emergencies. You are invited to participate inan on-line survey studying utility company practices as they relate to the Incident Command System (ICS) during incidents. Allparticipants who complete the survey will receive a copy of the published report.Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate.
