Minx Clip-In Extensions have been introduced to give our highly trained stylists limitless options for your beautiful style for your special occasion.

The Minx Team utilise the extensions to create luscious length and fullness to any up or down style. We can create a style that suites you for your wedding, formal or special event.

We can also give you guidance on how to use them yourself at home or you can come into the salon and we can place them for you to create a stunning style. Ask our team for our professional tips and tricks when purchasing or you can utilise our Minx Hire Extensions.

• If you are adding extra bridesmaids to a Gold Package it is an extra $250 per person

• Flower girls are not included in Packages• Flower girls under 12 years old $50 (styling only, no shampoo)

Make up is from $25• Complimentary consultations and suite viewing available by

appointment.• 48 hour cancellation notice is required to avoid any further

costs. If not cancelled in this time frame, you will be liable for full payment of your booking

• Minx reserves the right to cancel non- confirmed appointments at any time

• We request young children are carefully supervised at all times for client and children’s safety

How does airbrush make-up work?

Airbrush makeup is sprayed on through an air compressor as a fine mist of colour that gently covers the skin, giving the appearance of a flawless complexion. Spraying microdots of make-up that rest on the surface of the face looks more natural than traditional make-up because it isn’t rubbed into the skin and doesn’t exaggerate the pores. This process is hygienic and allows the airbrush make-up to conceal better while enabling your skin to breathe.

What are the benefits of airbrush make-up?

Since airbrush make-up is water-resistant, perspiration and tears are no longer a cosmetic problem. Simply blotting, not wiping, away any moisture will leave the airbrush make-up in place without a streak. With over 18 hours of wear, airbrush make-up will not fade, melt, or rub off on clothes, yet can be easily washed away with soap and water.

Do I need a trial?

We strongly advise our clients to have a hair trial before the special event. By having a trial it eliminates any chance of there being any confusion on the day. As your hairdresser, we know exactly what we will be doing, how long it will take and that you, our guest, will be 100% happy! For many girls, having your hair and make-up done is a big deal and you don’t want to leave it to chance. That’s why it is so important to have a hair and make-up trial before your big day. Hair trials are crucial prior to your wedding day, it’s a good idea to search for inspiration and examples from magazines, but also listen to your stylist’s advice, as she may be able to suggest a hairstyle that works better with your hair type.
