Profile of the speakers ICAO , Mashhor ALBLOWI
Job title: Regional safety officer at ICAO MID Office Brief Profile Prior to his assignment in MID region in October 2012, he worked at
ICAO HQ, Montreal since 2007, starting with the Air NavigationBureau in the Flight Safety Section, supporting ICAO’s airworthinessprogramme. In 2009, he joined the Continuous Monitoring andOversight Section (CMO), managing the MID portfolio within theContinuous Monitoring Approach (CMA).
Afterward, Mashhor got another assignment with the ICAO TechnicalCooperation Bureau in 2011, managing projects in MID and Europeregions. Mashhor is a certified ICAO-USOAP Auditor since 2008,conducting USOAP CSA Audits and ICVM missions as well as CMAworkshops/seminars.
Workshop Objectives Provide update on the USOAP CMA Protocol
Questions (PQs) and new safety management questionnaire.
Provide key element on the USOAP CMA on line Framework (OLF) which will improve the communication and service for users.
Share the Challenges and lessons learnt from USOAP ICAO programme.
Share best practices on the states experiences leading to ICAO CMA audit.
