Customs and courtesies are always going to be highly expected of him. SNM is expected to know her job and train for new responsibilities to prepare for the next rank. SNM will be held responsible for his actions and needs to keep in mind he is representing the Marine Corps both on and off duty. SNM will strive to improve himself and get promoted to the next rank.
