Truck Owner Sign-Up Process

Truck Owners must download the TRUX app from the appstore and sign-up as a TRUCK OWNER. Once approved, the Truck Owner receives a unique 8-digit company code (also available in your app menu). This code should be provided to company drivers so that they can link their account.

Truck Owners Accept & Assign Jobs

Truck Owners accept and assign jobs from the TRUX smartphone app. Truck Owners can view ALL assigned jobs and the job history for all of their Truck Divers. Truck Owners can also assign themselves if they will be driving their own truck.

1. Truck Owner recieves notification when a job is available

2. Truck Owner opens the app to view available jobs

4. Truck Owner assigns a driver to the job– he’s notified immediately

3. Truck Owner reviews the details of the job & clicks accept

Truck Driver Sign-Up Process

Truck Drivers must download the TRUX app from the app store and sign-up as a DRIVER. Truck Divers must enter a unique 8-digit code during sign-up to link their account to the Truck Owner.

Truck Drivers Perform Jobs

Truck Drivers receive job assignments, punch-in, and punch-out. Truck drivers can only view their own schedule and job history. They cannot view the truck rate or accept jobs. Truck Drivers must use the app to punch-in and punch-out.

1. Truck Driver recieves notification he has been

assigned to a job

2. Truck Driver opens the app to view his assigned job

3. On the day of the job, the Truck Driver punches in

at start time

4. On the day of the job, the Truck Driver punches out when he is

released by the contractor
