Scheduling a RideA minimum two-hour notice is required for each

ride you schedule. You can schedule one ride at

a time, or you can arrange multiple rides up to

14 days in advance.

To Get Started The United Way 2-1-1 is your

gateway to The Connector. You will

be asked for some general information

regarding your transportation needs and will

then be transferred to a reservationist who can

assist you with scheduling your ride.

Cancellations & Other PoliciesIf you need to cancel a ride, you need to do so a

minimum of one hour prior to your scheduled

ride by calling 920-832-5789. Three late cancels

or no-shows within a three-month period will

result in a one-month suspension of service. The

Connector is governed by the same rules as the

Valley Transit bus service.
