I love that all the information can be gathered in one place. The biggest thing is how accurate it is and how much you can look at things ahead of time and then make decisions based on that. It creates transparency that is the first step in improving processes. Its so nice to have something that I can just jump in, pull up a report, and see the trends of my unit. I love that.
