If we compare and contrast between traditional reading from book and mobile reading from ibad, ipod .smart phones, and tablet we will find 1. The text will be in our device very light or

without weight 2. We can find any word or phrase easily by

using tools of application 3. We can translate any word or phrase

immediately by using tools of application or any other translated program

4. We can read any time and any place 5. We can change the appearance of the

text by changing the font's type ,size, shape and effective

6. We can rotate the page as we like 7. Flexibilities of using text

1. Student can read text form s/he device any time and any place ,also s/he can answer the questions of the passage that mean (achievement of reading , comprehension and outcome's vocabularies )

2. Student can feel blessed , fun ,enjoyment and excited throughout reading

3. There are many applications which have placement test for measuring the speed of reading by using timer and the level of comprehension by using objective and subjective questions also these may use timer

4. Teachers may use these applications in class to evaluate them

5. Helping handicapped or those persons who cannot held the book and turn the page by hand because most of mobiles have some hardware and software tools for helping the users
