Easily Change Slide Design• Just click on
“Masters” on the above toolbar to select what type of slide you want
• To add photos, just click and drag photo from desktop
You can add text boxes to your photos by clicking on Text Box
Adding Slides
• To add a new slide, you just simply click on the “new” button on the toolbar.
Adding Shapes
• Click on the green shapes box to add shapes to your presentation
• Change the color of your shapes by clicking on “fill”

Adding Sound
• To add sound, you can click on media
• Click and drag the sound file from i-tunes to your slide
Image Capture• To capture an image for
your desktop, simply press Shift, Apple (command) 4 at the same time.
• Click and drag to capture the image
• Once you release the mouse, it will instantly capture the image and put it on your desktop. From there, click and drag to anywhere on the slide
Special Effects
• Moving objects
1. On a slide, select the object you want to make move on or off the slide. Shift-click to select multiple objects. 2. Click Inspector in the toolbar, and then click the Build Inspector button.3. To make the object move onto the slide, click Build In. To make the object leave the slide, click Build Out.

• You can add links to a web page by blocking your text
• Click on Insert, then text hyperlink, then webpage
