Original plan was to work with AMVER usingmet.no S&R model and comparing inputwinds (model and EO)Now going to build on DNV / met.no ship driftmodeling

Ships sometimes lose control for different reasons• E.g. structural failure, mechanical failure, fire

Accidents can result in grounding with serious oilpollutionAlso a risk of collision with offshore structuresEven if present position known it is important topredict trajectory
