Located at Cypress Lake Drive and McGregor Blvd., McCann Development built 72 condominium units out of a total 204 unit garden style condominium development. McCann and Saber are land banking the remaining land for 132 units and will complete the development when market conditions warrant it. The lushly landscaped development contains lakes, preserves and an amenity center.

OASIS AT FORT MYERS, FLORIDA Development of Five 32-Story Condominium Towers McCann Development in partnership with The Related Group of Florida developed a five 32-story oceanfront luxury condominium towers, located on the waterfront in downtown Fort Myers, FL. Upon full build-out the project will total 1,079 one, two, and three bedroom units in both riverfront tower and loft town home configurations, along with a yacht club and dry dock storage for approximately 300 boats.
