I have known Barbara for several years and have worked very closely with her during her tenure at US Fleet Tracking

where she came on as an Account Executive. She later became our VP of Sales & Marketing with a dual role as our

Human Resources Director in which she handled all facets of that department from hiring to training and all aspects of

the employment division, all while continuing to exclusively run our Sales & Marketing department.

Barbara is a highly motivated and qualified professional with experience in all aspects of business strategies including

sales, marketing campaigns, public relations, operations, and human resources. She was instrumental in getting our local

sales off the ground and was our only resource for awareness of our existence at this early stage in our business. At the

time of Barbara’s employment, she was the sales department in its entirety working both inside and outside sales within

multiple states. Her superior communication and closing skills gave her the ability to convert prospects into sales which

was invaluable to our newly established business.

Eager to utilize her skills in any facet of the company where help was desired; Barbara volunteered to work after hours

constructing a human resource policy manual to assist in developing structure and guidelines within the organization; an

area that was clearly lacking. She also worked trade shows; responded to RFP’s; provided technical support to existing

customers; and even assisted in accounts receivable at times; wherever involvement was necessary. She clearly exhibits

extraordinary strategic marketing skills with the ability to grow any business regardless of the current footprint.

Barbara initiated the company’s involvement with the local Chamber of Commerce helping establish credibility and brand

recognition and was instrumental in the development of several networking partner relationships as a result.

Barbara is a results driven professional who drove our strategies into sales like very few I have worked with. As a

business owner I would happily have her in any organization due to her ability to be a strategist, her attention to detail, her

creativity, and her professionalism with potential and current clientele. Barbara is a true asset that I would highly

recommend.
