QUESTION:    To BLOW or not to BLOW? ANSWER: IniOally,  I  would  say  DON’T  BE  STUPID.    Take  a  cab.    This  being,  you  were  stupid  one  night  and  you  got  caught,  what  do  you  do?    Generally  speaking,  this  depends  on  you.        Since  you  have  already  been  arrested,  the  quesOon  is  how  to  miOgate  your  damages.    If  you  refuse  to  submit  to  a  breathalyzer,  will  lose  your  license  for  one  year  (most  likely)**.    If  you  submit  to  the  breathalyzer,  however,  and  your  breath  alcohol  content  is  greater  than  .08%,  you  lose  it  for  6  months  (most  likely)**.    Therefore,  the  choice  is  yours.    It  would,  of  course,  be  best  if  you  did  not  have  to  make  that  choice.    Lastly,  let  me  say  that  the  DESIGNATED  DRIVER  IS  NOT  THE  MOST  SOBER  FRIEND!  ***(Note:  we  can  get  you  a  hardship  for  part  of  the  Ome  if  you  qualify)

QUESTION:  Do I have to let the cops search my car if I am pulled over?  ANSWER:  If you know there are illegal drugs or substances in your vehicle, DO NOT let them search it. Insist on a search warrant. Even if the officer tells you that it makes you "look guilty", insist on a warrant before letting them search your vehicle. In many cases, we can get the evidence thrown out of court on suppression motions or other such legal means.
