To refine your research , filter down the menu on the left side of the page.

SEARCH BY DRAWINGS

Printable drawings.

When clicking on one reference, a window will open with someinformation on the part. By clicking on « more details » you canaccess further information on the article.

The chart is a summary of the products on the drawing withdescription, product name, price (if you are connected) andavailability of the part.You can add several items to your cart and adjust the quantity.

You have the possibility to send by email a drawing to yourcustomer « sharing » the product.

An alert message will be displayed ifthe parts are not manufacturedanymore or replaced by another one(see next page)

You can add the article to your cartand adjust the quantity

If you are connected, you can see the « publicprice » of the part. You can also display your netprice by clicking on « show my special price ».

An insert recapitulates the technicalcharacteristics of the part.

Associated drawings are proposedunder the article specifications.

If the kits include the part that you are consulting, they will be highlighted in its file.

Possibility to send this product file ( withoutprices) by e-mail to your customer by « sharing »the product data ».

Special cases

Some articles are not created on our website.You can ask us to create them by sending a request « send a part generation request ».When the item is created , an e-mail will be sent to you , you will then be able to order it.

Some of our references are replaced by others.(eg : reference 10046050 is now remplaced by 30046050, but the product is the same).

You can find a reference on our site even if it has been replaced.You can consult the replacement article file by clicking on « View ».You can also add the replaced reference to the cart (it is the replacement reference which will be added directly). So for example, if you addthe reference 10046050 to your cart, it will be the reference 30046050 that will be directly displayed in your cart.

Accessories cannot be ordered on our website.A message is displayed « You can not order this item on the site» .You can order them by fax or email.

ORDERING AN ARTICLE

• Several ways to order:

- Via the different research modes and adding to your cart- Or, if you already have your parts reference numbers and quantity, order through quick orders (module that can be accessed from the top band of the site and also via your personnal space in the menu on the left).

By importing a spreadsheet ( with two columns: 1st one including references and the 2nd

with quantities , save your file in CSV format (separated by a semicolon) or CSV format(comma delimited)..CSV format is chosen when when you register your sheet under Excel as shown.

Directly enter product numberand quantity , separated by a comma.

Your Cart

In your cart, you will find a summary of the articles that you have added to the cart.

When your order is complete, clickon « proceed to checkout » toproceed with your order.

If you want to change the quantitiesordered in the cart, you can eitherclick on « update the cart » or on the« enter » key to validate the changeand so that this is visible .

You have the possibility of:

- Deleting line by line

- or emptying your cart

You can also choose the shipping date that suits you, This date will beconfirmed by Monosem according to availabilities.

If you choose to pay before shipment, you will receive a proforma invoice.

The last tunnel insert of the order summarizes the order that you are registering.

You must give a reference number to your order.

You can also add a comment should you wish to give us more details concerningyour order.

In order to validate your order, you must read and accept the Monosem generalsales conditions.

A message will appear after validation of your order and youwill receive an e-mail of confirmation.Should you have any problems, please do not hesitate in contacting us. 13

CUSTOMER SPACE

-The orders placed by subaccount holders, on clickingon « Orders placed by third parties »

In your Personal data space, you will find a certain amountof information such as :

- The 5 last orders placed with us,

- Sales documents. In this chart, you will find a certain number of documents such as the price list and the requestfor returning parts.

NB : Should you wish to permanently modify your addresses, pleaselet us know.

You are several people in your company who may send in parts orders, it would be practical to have several accounts ?You have the possibility of creating subaccounts (except if you, yourself, are a subaccount holder).

In your personal space, you just have to click on « Manage my user account » and fill out the document shown here opposite.

By opening a subaccount, you can decide to give the holder the same rights as yourself, in this case, tick off « All » (instead of « Personalized » in the permission tab).

On the other hand, if you want to personalize the rights of the subaccount holder, you can tick off the rights you wish to grant.

On the example shown opposite, the subaccount holder can :- Add to the cart (= cart)- Place orders (= order)- Consult the orders placed (=Orders > History)- Create and modify delivery addresses- Display net prices (button « display my price » in an article file for example)

But the holder will not be able to :- Consult shipments, consult invoices or credit notes concerning orders- Consult orders that will be placed by others- Create an end-user account

The creation of a subaccount is subject to validation by Monosem. You will receive confirmation by e-mail after validation.

Consult an orderIn your personal space, you can follow thepreparation of your orders or those sent by thirdparties (subaccount holders) if you have beengranted the right.

The order status varies according to preparation :pending / pending payment (in the case of proformainvoice) / delivered / partially delivered (in the caseof back orders) / completed (when invoiced) / closed(after a full credit note for the order) / cancelled.

Invoices :Summary of the invoiced itemsPDF file of the invoice can bedownloaded(you will receive an e-mail when the PDF file isavailable)

Shipments :Summary of the items sentPDF of the delivery note can bedownloaded(you will receive an e-mail when the PDF file isavailable)
