1. General Notes

1.1 Product Feature and Intend Use

Thank you for using Light Mandalas Product. Mandala Gravity Plate has been in good condition before leaving factory.

Mandala Gravity Plate uses gravity-force Cellular fitness technology that introduces precise movement to each cell of the body perfectly in resonance with the Earth’s magnetic resonance frequency. Its rhythmical motion 450 times per minute, places all cells, from the tiniest cell to the largest bone, under consistent rhythmical pressure, stimulating remarkable effects - detoxifying, nourishing, and strengthening all body cells simultaneously. It is also designed to combine with other Light Mandalas devices to increase more absorption of the information from Light Fractal Resonance.

1.2 The Concepts of Mandala Gravity Plate

Mandala Gravity Plate is a powerful device which best to use in the home, sports, relaxation and cosmetic institutions.

Development of Whole-Body Vibration

Passive exercise is when an individual exercises with devices rather than by themselves. It is divided into two types: one that only works on a portion of your body and another that works on your whole body. In 1900, Dr. Kellogg invented the first vibration machine. The modern vertical vibration machine, on the other hand, was invented by the Soviet Union in the 1960s.

If astronauts stay in weightlessness for too long, their muscles can atrophy. Hipbones, like spines, can deteriorate at a rate of 1-1.6 percent every month. That is why they are unable to remain in the weightless state for an extended period of time.

To help train those astronauts, scientists in the Soviet Union invented the whole-body vertical vibration machine to solve this issue. American astronauts will only spend about 300 days in space. The Soviet astronauts, on the other hand, will stay there for up to 437 days thanks to their preparation. Athletes used the whole-body vertical vibration system as a training tool. This invention has now been adapted to a variety of other medical fields.

Rolling, dancing, swimming, ball sports, gymnastics, and other forms of "active movement" suggest that the bodies were moved by humans' own will. On the other hand, "passive movement" is described by the literal sense of the term: bodies are

pushed passively by machines or other people. Passive movement can be classified into two categories. The first is known as passive movement, and the second is known as whole-body passive movement.

Whole-Body Vibration Principles

The whole-body vertical vibrations produce a force against gravity by mechanical force. Humans are pulled down to the ground until the strength is gone. As this type of mechanism is used repeatedly, it produces a force of impact that goes up and down rapidly. The entire musculoskeletal nervous system will be stimulated. Vibrations that are too intense or erratic can cause harm to the body. People who work on air drills, for example, are more likely to develop neuromuscular vascular lesions.

As a result, there are three factors to be worried with. They are intensity, length, and direction. The frequency and amplitude of vibrations decide their intensity. Gravity is the metric (abbrev.g). Vibrations in the vertical plane, similar to jumping rope. Jumping rope, on the other hand, is an active exercise with a length of 15-25 cm and a pace of 1 jump per minute. Vertical vibration devices, on the other hand, vibrate at a frequency of 1-20 Hz. (For athlete preparation, it can go up to 35Hz.) 1Hz equals one beat per second, or 60 beats per minute.

Normally, the vertical vibration would hold it between 1 and 10mm. At 1g, the strength is normally kept under control. (However, for athlete preparation, it can go up to 9-49.) As you can see, whole-body vertical vibration has a slight amplitude and occurs quickly. Also, the speed and direction must be strictly regulated. Only by enforcing this strict regulation would we be able to improve our wellbeing the most.

The mechanical force underpins the entire body vertical vibratos system. They create a force that pushes it upward toward gravity. It produces a force that causes the musculoskeletal nervous system to rapidly rise and fall. In reality, it's comparable to jumping rope. Vibrations in the vertical plane, similar to jumping rope. Jumping rope, on the other hand, is an engaging exercise with a 15-25cm amplitude and a pace of 1 hop per minute. Vertical vibration devices, on the other hand, vibrate at a frequency of 1-20Hz. (For athlete preparation, it can go up to 35Hz.)

One Hz equals one beat per second. If the frequency is 1 0 Hz, there are 6 0 0 beats per

minute. The amplitude is usually just 0 . 1 1 . 0cm, with the exception of preparation for

athletes and astronauts. Whole body vertical vibration is the term for this form of rapid up-and-down vibration. (Abbreviation: WBVV)

1.3 Warning

This product is in perfect condition before delivery, please check all accessory when

unpacking the unit.

In order to safely and effectively use this product, please be sure to read this “User

Manual” for the proper method usage.

1.4 Warranty

Each single product passes through a quality process. Nevertheless, if failures occur, contact the customer service at once. The product is under 12 months (1 year) warranty effectively according to the delivery date stated on the warranty card.

Warranty does not apply to damages, which result from misuse or neglect. The warranty also expires if you dismantle the product or failed to provide the warranty card. The manufacturer is not liable for consequential damage or in case of a non-intended use of the product.

If a failure occurs during the warranty period the product will be replaced or repaired

without further charges. The manufacturer reserves the right to exchange

components of the product instead of repairing it. If the failure results from misuse

or neglect the user has to pay for the repair cost. The freight cost and other costs will

be depending on which T&C criteria the product falls into. In that case you may ask

for a cost estimate beforehand.

1.5 Precautions

1.5.1. User’s Health Precautions:

A. Prohibited User:

Pregnant woman, woman in confinement period after child birth, person who

suffers from fractures, unhealed wound, or person who needs to rest for

convalescence, or child under 6 years old.

B. Lower Speed User (Level 1-3 Low Speed Advised):

Female in menstrual cycle, or person who is under below conditions, yet the

doctors approve to proceed with rehabilitation, walk and stroll. Conditions:

person who has artificial organs, person who suffers from severe brain

cardiovascular disease, person who recovers from spine injury, stroke patient,

arthritis patient, the frail elderly and person with disability. The beginner is

required to apply the low but comfortable mode for the initial training.

C. Disc Protrusion between spines:

• DO NOT stand still or sit upright on the equipment.

• It is only allowed to stand on the equipment and hold the table or chair in

front of you with both hands, and lean your body on the table or chair as

well, to find the most comfortable position to proceed with training. By

doing so, it will avoid the protrusion part injuring the nerve, relax and

reduce discomfort for your back at the same time.

• For the patient who has recovered, could slightly squat down on the

equipment at low / middle speeds, or sitting on the chair and placing the

legs on the equipment for lower limbs vibration training to relax your body

and maintain health.

D. Scoliosis, Osteoporosis

• DO NOT stand still or sit upright on the equipment, it is only allowed to

slightly lean your body forward while standing and hold the table or chair in

front of you with both hands, applying low speed or the most comfortable

speed for you to proceed with training; or slightly squatting down, or sitting

on the chair and placing the legs on the equipment for lower limbs

vibration training.

• If any discomfort occurs while operating the equipment, please do sit on

the chair and place the legs on the equipment for lower limbs vibration

training. The discomfort shall be alleviated soon, and the health condition

will be improved for long-term use. However, do not force yourself to

proceed with vibration training when you are ill.

E. Suggestion of Sport Training

• Drink 200cc warm water before training.

• Drink 200cc warm water after training.

• Training time: 1 hour after meals.

• Training period:

➢ 15 minutes for the first week; may start a new session after 2 hours

➢ 30 minutes for the following week; may start a new session after 2

hours

➢ the proper exercise amount of vibration, at least twice in one day, once

in the morning and once at night.

➢ For Weight Management: Do not eat or drink after vibration in 2 hours.

Only warm water or warm non-GMO sugar-free soymilk is allowed, and

this shall help tighten the skin.

➢ For Weight Gaining: Rest for 5 minutes after vibration, and dine soon.

• Speed Instructions:

Please start from Level 1 speed when using the equipment; speed may be

increased once the body has warmed up or once acclimatized. It works

best on user's most comfortable speed level.

1.4.2. Operational Precautions:

1. The owner of the equipment SHALL ensure that all users have thoroughly read the

User Manual, and understand the functions and usages, and follow the

instructions to operate the machine.

2. The equipment is for INDOOR USE ONLY, keep it away from humid and dusty

environment.

3. Children and the elderly MUST be accompanied by an adult while using the

equipment.

4. DO NOT exceed the weight carrying capacity in order to promote the training

effects, and it shall increase the equipment lifespan and the safety.

5. KEEP THE POWER CORD AWAY from heat and heavy items; STOP USING and

UNPLUGGING when the equipment is not functioning well, or when the power

cord is not working well, please do call the service center for maintenance.

6. The equipment is the brand-new precision interlock design, please avoid tossing

and collision. Do not attempt to disassemble the machine in case damage occurs,

that might reduce the lifespan of the equipment or even cause personal injury.

7. Start using the machine at a lower speed mode and increase the speed

accordingly. Do not start with higher speed mode before you warming up. The

more comfortable speed you apply, the better effect you get.

8. DO NOT reach into the gap between the plate and the base while the equipment

is operating.

9. DO NOT touch or unplug the power cord when hands are wet in case of

electrical shock. Do not place the power cord under the heavy item. Make sure

to keep the pets and mice away from chewing the power cord. Please unplug

the power cord after training or no in use.

10.DO NOT place anything on the plate when the equipment is not in use.

11.Remove fragile items from your body while using the equipment. e.g.: watch, cell

phone and jewelry, and do not place them on the plate, either.

12.The equipment is designed with an automatic overload self-protection system.

The equipment will automatically shut down if overload. Please turn off the

power for 1 minute and restart, do use the equipment within the weight carrying

capacity. If it still does not work, please contact service center.

13.DO NOT apply naphtha, detergent or alcohol to wipe and clean the equipment in

case of surface damage.

14.DO NOT jump‚ drink and eat while using the vibration equipment.

15.DO NOT leave the equipment in idle. Please make sure to position yourself, either

standing or sitting, before you turn the power on.

1.5. Maintenance

1. Clean with soft cloth, humid tissue moistened with water or a water-based glass

cleaner.

2. In order to guarantee the fixture works properly, it's essential to keep it clean.

4. Installation and Operation Instruction

Horizontal Adjustment: 1. Horizontal adjustment is needed prior to service. When deciding on the best position for the vibration equipment, make sure the leveling foot adjusters of the base are firmly in contact with the ground, then tighten the nuts. 2. If you need to relocate the equipment, please re-adjust according to the instructions above. Adjustment Procedure: 1. Manually adjust the leveling foot adjusters so they are closely in contact with the ground.

2. Turn right with 14mm Wrench Open End to lock the leveling foot adjusters.

4.1 Setup 1. Connect the power cord. Make sure the power cord is securely attached.

2. Plug in Controller cable to the Controller Socket if you want to use the controller to adjust the speed. Ensure it is plugged in correctly and screw tightly.

3. Turn on the power switch. Examine the Bluetooth monitor. The computer is powered on if the Red and Blue lights are blinking. You can now set the vibration speed with a cable controller or by connecting to the Mandala Star Application.

4.2 Biofeedback Mode Setup

In Biofeedback mode, the Gravity Plate's vibration frequency changes in response to the user's coherent state. Mandala Dynamic Scan will scan in real time for the most appropriate vibration frequency for the consumer and send a signal to Gravity Plate to play the frequency accordingly.

Biofeedback may also be used to track one's current state during meditation or spiritual practice. As a result, the user can quickly determine their current state and train their attention.

* please take note that Biofeedback mode has to be used together with Mandala

Dynamic Scan.

* Mandala Dynamic Scan has to be in charging state in order to activate its

Bluetooth to pair with Gravity Plate.

1. Plug in the Mini USB Charging Cable to the Mandala Dynamic Scan charging port

and connect the other end to the provided Charging Adapter or powered up computer. Connect the Charging Adapter to the power supply and turn it on.

2. Plug in Ear Clip sensor if you wish to use this method to detect your pulse. Clip it on either one of your earlaps.

3. Use Mandala Star App to pair with Gravity Plate and activate the Biofeedback

mode. (please refer to Mandala Star App User Manual-Gravity Plate)

4. Now the Gravity Plate will vibrate according to your current state.

4.3. Operation Instructions To adjust the vibration speed of the Mandala Gravity Plate, the user may use either the Cable Controller or the Mandala Star Application.

One Beep sound will warn the user that the button has been pressed. Two Beep sound when the vibration frequency reaches the desired frequency, a beep is heard.

When pressing the UP or DOWN buttons, the user can hear two beeps, indicating that the unit is currently playing the maximum or minimum frequency. The system is not equipped to go above 20 Hz (maximum) or below 1 Hz (min.)

4.4 Cable Controller After pressing the Start button on the cable controller, the user can gradually

increase or decrease the frequency by 1 Hz starting at 5 Hz.

Up: Increase frequency. (1 Hz increment)

Start/Stop Button: Press to START the device and press again to STOP the device operation at any time.

*The vibration frequency will be started at 5 Hz when the Start button is pressed.

Down: Decrease frequency. (1 Hz decrement)

Up: Increase frequency. (1 Hz increment)

4.4.1 Application Remote Control Bluetooth connection between the device and Mandala Star App is needed for Application Remote Control. This feature allows the user to adjust the speed in the same way as a cable controller or to select the desired/specific frequency to play with directly.
