3.2.5.2 REFERENCE MOTORSWhen connecting the power to the machine are performed several tests. Then we must makereference engine, so we must ensure that all guards are properly closed, especially the loopdevice protection since otherwise you might make a bad reference and this would prevent ties

do correctly. To start the reference, press the button that blue flashing lights. The machine performs the engine reference and then proceed to close the warning screen, clicking on the "X" in the upper right of the window.

    3.2.5.3 SEQUENCE PROGRAMMING

Sequence can be select as needed, for it are available 15 steps to beincorporated into the sequence by clicking on any of the six keys on thetop of the screen.Steps can be placed in the desired position. Once inserted the steps inthe sequence can configure them by clicking on them or delete them bypressing BS. The sequence after setting begins work by Step # 1repeating this same the number of times selected in the value (Pz)within the settings of each step, bearing in mind that if there is no stepavoid it, the sequence returns to Step # 1 continuously.

    The steps include:

Piece. Once inserted into the sequence you can click on it to configure:(Pz) Number of times to repeat before moving to the next step. Lengthof each piece in millimeters, and number of turns of thread is applied in

each tying. The length and turns of thread (orange background) repeatthe same value inserted in all the following steps in the sequence, whilethe number of times it is repeated (Pz) is just for this step.

Ball. Once inserted into the sequence you can click on it to configure:(Pz) Number of times it is repeated before moving to the next step.Length of each ball in millimeters and number of turns of thread thatapplies in each tying. The value of the length ball and turns of wire(orange background) repeat the same value inserted in all steps of thesequence ball, while the number of times it is repeated (Pz) is just forthis step.

Gap. Once inserted into the sequence you can click on it to configure:(Pz) Number of times it is repeated the length in the next value. Lengthin millimeters of drag displacement with strangler system closed andnumber of turns of thread is applied to each length. The value of thelength and turns of thread (orange background) repeat the same valueinserted in all steps gap in the sequence, while (Pz) number of times itis repeated is just for this step. To create an optimal separation must bepresent stuffed pressure inside and resistance of the casings.

Loop. Once inserted this step in the sequence can click on it toconfigure it. Clicking on the icon (picture) above we can select the typeof loop between simple and knotted.

-Simple loop, this type of loop is ideal when you want a loop throughthe let's hang. It is faster and we can select the length between 150and 500, we can also select the number of turns of thread with which itis finished off.

-Knotted loop, this type of loop is ideal when you want a loop at theend of which we will hanging. It is slower, we can select the lengthbetween 150 and 500 but must take into account that a length too longcould break the wire and otherwise too short if you would loose theknot (the knot should be tensioned manually before cutting and hang),we can also select the number of turns of thread on the end that in thiscase we recommend a minimum of 3.

Jump. Once inserted this step in the sequence can click on it to

configure it. Then will indicate the step at which we want to jump (backor forward) and number of times you want to jump before continuingwith the programmed sequence. So that we can get to create a sub-sequence in which can be repeated two or more steps a number oftimes.

Stop. Once inserted this step at the end of the sequence can click on itto configure it. We indicate the number of times it has to complete thesequence before stopping the machine. Once realized the stop step, pressing START / STOP push button sequence starts from thebeginning.

3.2.5.4 SPEEDThe working speed can be select between 1 (slowest) and 9 (fastest)This velocity acts on all movements. It must start with the slowest speed and increase the speed gradually until optimum workingspeed.

3.2.5.5 DIAMETERDiameter of the casing or enclosure (Caliber), it acts on the strangler system opening andclosing , so selecting inadequate diameter could cause breakage of casings , so its advisableto select a larger diameter than the casing size and take care to adjust up at the beginning.

3.2.5.6 PROGRAMSAlso known as recipes,Saveselected sequence of steps , diameter and speed by naming. To do this we need have been register as a manager (password 1111) and click on the save

programs icon (also accessible from the technical settings menu), then write the name withwhich we want to save or also close the keyboard and select an existing text to overwrite it andfinally press save.

Open saved programs, to do this click on the icon to show saved programs and click thedesired saved program to select.

    3.3 DRAG SYSTEM

Regulation of pressureon drag system is very important thatthis pressure is different for every type of product, low pressure

dont drag casings and very much pressure can break thesausage. The nut(3) sends compression on the spring and in turncompresses the sausage for good traction. This system can bereleased from the lower belt in order to lift the upper beltthrough fastener(1) the fastener can be released by a simpleclip (see picture).Tension in belts: the nuts(2) are used to adjust and fix

    tension in the belts.
