o For Android user : Download the RHB Reflex Mobile App at Google Play Store
o For Apple user : Download the RHB Reflex Mobile App at Apple App Store
o Launch the RHB Reflex Mobile App
o On RHB Reflex Mobile App main page, Select DuitNow QR
o You will be directed to RHB Reflex DuitNow QR page
o On RHB Reflex DuitNow QR page, select Register

o You have the options to register with your :o For RHB Reflex users : RHB Reflex Corporate IDo For Non RHB Reflex : Business Registration
Number (BRN)
o If registering with RHB Reflex Corp ID . key in RHB Reflex Corporate ID provided by the bank
o If registering with BRN, key in your company Business Registration Number
o And enter your RHB Business Current Account number
o Once complete, click NEXT button
o On Account Information page, verify the details of your RHB Business Current Account
Note : The RHB Business Current Account stated on the Account Information page will be registered for DuitNow QR collection
o Once verified, click NEXT button
o To edit, click BACK button
o For One-Time Password (OTP) Registration page, enter your mobile number
Note : mobile number is for Malaysia mobile number only
o Once complete, select I AGREE & CONFIRM button
o Once agreed & confirmed, an OTP will be sent to the registered mobile no.

o Once an OTP is received, key in the 6 digit OTP on the Confirm OTP page
o On this page, enter your details :o User Name : Your Nameo Business Type : Select your businesso Address : Company registered addresso Outlet Name : Name of the outleto User ID : ID to login to RHB Reflex DuitNow

o Once complete, click NEXT button
o On this page, create new 6 digit PIN as login PIN to RHB Reflex DuitNow QR

o On the confirm 6 digit PIN page, confirm the created login PIN by re-entering the 6 digit PIN
o Once complete, the registered Merchant ID and User ID will be stated on this page
o To complete your registration and to go to the login page, click DONE button

Note: o The user registers for the DuitNow QR is the ‘Manager’ and will have one (1)
Admin IDo One (1) Admin ID is for one (1) Merchant only
o To login to RHB Reflex DuitNow QR, launch the RHB Reflex Mobile App on your mobile
o On the login page, enter your registered User ID
o Once complete, click LOGIN button
o On this page, enter the registered 6 digit login PIN
o For user with more than 1 outlet, select the registered outlet
o Once outlet is selected, click NEXT button

o If you have forgotten your User ID, launch the RHB Reflex Mobile App on your mobile
o On the login page, click on FORGOT USER ID
o On the Forgot User ID page, select ID Typeo RHB Reflex Corporate ID, oro BRN no.
o On ID No, enter the registered ID number for RHB Reflex DuitNow QR based on the selected ID type
o On the Account No, enter the registered RHB Business Current Account number registered for RHB Reflex DuitNow QR
o Once complete, click NEXT button
o A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the registered mobile number for verification
o If agree, click I AGREE & CONFIRM button
o If to edit the ID number or the RHB Business Current Account number, click BACK button and you will be re-directed to the previous page

o Once an OTP is received, key in the 6 digit OTP number
o Once complete, your User ID will be stated on the login page
o To login, click on LOGIN button

o If your User ID is blocked, launch the RHB Reflex Mobile App on your mobile
o On the login page, click on UNBLOCK USER ID
o An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number for verification
o Click I AGREE & CONFIRM to receive the OTP
o Once the OTP is received, enter the 6 digit OTP number

o Create new 6 digit PIN for your login
o Confirm the new 6 digit PIN by entering the created 6 digit PIN
o You have successfully changed to new login PIN. The PIN is now changed to the new 6 digit PIN
o Once complete, click DONE

o If you have forgotten your 6 digit login PIN, launch the RHB Reflex Mobile App on your mobile

o On the enter 6 digit PIN page, click FORGOT PIN
o An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number for verification
o Click I AGREE & CONFIRM to receive the OTP

o Once you have successfully login to RHB Reflex DuitNow QR, enter the amount for payment collection
o Once complete, click on CHARGE RM xx.xx(amount)
o The charge amount and the DuitNow dynamic QR will be presented
o You may present the dynamic QR for payment collection

o Once you have successfully login to RHB Reflex DuitNow QR, Click the Side Menu on the top left of the app
o Side Menu will pop out
o On the Side Menu, Click on TRANSACTIONS
o You may search and view for the transactions by :o Outlet Nameo Transaction Reference Numbero Transactions for current date, select Today
oro Transactions history by Date Selection
o Once complete, click APPLY

o If search by Today, transaction list will be stated based on the current date only
o If search by history, transaction list will be stated based on the selected dates only
o Amount is the total transaction amount for each selected dates
o To view detail transaction list, click the ARROW on the right
o Detail transaction list for the selected date will be displayed

o Push Notification will be sent to Merchant for all QR transactions
o To view all of the push notification for QR transactions, launch RHB Reflex Mobile App and click on INBOX
o Click the selected push notification to view details
o Once selected, click the DELETEbutton to delete the push notification

o To switch outlet or to view different outlet, click on the OUTLET NAME on the Settings page
o Click on the outlet dropdown list
o Select the outlet to switch
o Click NEXT button
o Once the outlet is switched, the selected outlet will be presented

o Enter the registered or existing PIN to change to the new PIN
o On this page, create new 6 digit PIN
o And re-enter the newly created 6 digit PIN to confirm

o Once complete, you will be re-directed to the Settings page

o Once updated, click UPDATE button to complete
o An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number for verification
o Click I AGREE & CONFIRM to receive the OTP

o To perform cashier maintenance or update cashier, click on the CASHIERS count on the Settings page
o List of registered cashiers will be presented on the Cashiers page
o To add a new cashier, click on the PLUS (+) button on top right of the app
o Enter new cashier details :o Cashier Name (mandatory)o Cashier ID (mandatory)o Telephone Numbero Email Addresso Select the Outlet from the dropdown list
o Once finished, click ADD button and create 6 digit PIN
o The new registered cashier will be listed in the cashiers page

o To update or delete the registered existing cashier, click on the EDIT button on the cashier

o Once completed, click ADD button to complete
o The new registered outlet will be listed in the Outlets page
