The capacity of our poultry slaughter lines start from
500 up to 6.000 bph (broilers, turkey and duck). The
slaughter lines are complete with reception, slaughter,
evisceration and chilling section.
The slaughter lines can be fully refurbished by our own
highly qualified technicians or can be bought in the
state “as is”. Besides complete lines we can supply
individual equipment like scalding tanks, pluckers,
chillers, chains, evisceration- and cutup lines.
TransNational Agri Projects B.V. can send technicians
for commissioning and start-up of the slaughter line.
Poultry slaughter lines
Waste from slaughterhouses is very valuable if convert-
ed into high protein meal and fats. Rendering is a way
to make your business more profitable. With a mixed
poultry rendering plant you can put raw materials as:
feathers, blood, hatchery waste etc.
If you have a reasonable amount of daily offals, send
us a mail or call us and we will assist you with the design,
engineering, erection and start up. With our extensive
experience in rendering we will guarantee the success
of your project.
Our rendering equipment (batch cookers, conveyors,
reception –cooling bin, conveyor with bagging system,
hammer mills are sold fully refurbished. The refurbishment
is carried out by a very specialized English company.
Rendering
Water is important. Clean water is even more important.
WWTP’s (wastewater treatment plant) are the first step
to clean the waste water of your slaughterhouse. We
sell WWTP’s with capacity from 10 up to 150 m3 per
hour, both in condition as is and fully refurbished. Exam-
ples of equipment we have in stock are: rotary screens,
static screens and DAF-units.
Wastewater treatment
By-products are an important extra revenue for slaugh-
terhouses. In stock there are: intestines cleaning lines,
paunch-, feet and head cleaning equipment for cattle,
sheep, pork and chicken.
By-product handling
TransNational Agri Projects B.V. can offer you complete
cattle processing lines from 5 heads per hour up to
100 heads per hour. In addition, we also can supply a
wide range of individual used slaughtering equipment
such as (ritual) killing boxes, de-hiding machines,
splitting saws, platforms, hoof cleaners, paunch cleaners
and other small cattle slaughtering equipment.
The cattle and small ruminants slaughter lines are often
sold in condition as is, because we apply a high quality
selection for the lines we buy, in order to offer good
quality to our clients.
