Researcher deploys retrieval equipment to accurate location and recovers lost equipment. Cost savings by surveillance first and then deploying large retrieval equipment later.

Researcher loses valuable equipment underwater. Needs to relocate with minimal cost to project and with minimal

disturbance to the natural environment.

Underwater fish is deployed in a surveillance effort.

Underwater fish is able to relay information on the objects it encounters while swimming around.

Researcher is able to analyze the information to help locate lost equipment.

Researcher can present findings to government and scientific fields with significant background data.

Researcher wishes to study local underwater environment. Example: To understand a new change introduced to the

environment like, the waste water from a nuclear power plant.

Underwater fish is deployed in a surveillance effort.

Underwater fish is able collect data and surveillance footage and relay that information to the researcher.

Researcher is able to analyze the information and formulate the benefits/negatives of the new aspect to the environment and/or use research to use data to understand the local ecosystem.

Researcher can analyze information and notify various fields regarding scientific findings or debris removal efforts.

Natural Disaster or Event occurs. Example: Hurricane Sandy

Debris has been introduced to the local underwater environment. Storm may change the environment layout. Local underwater animals react to storm.

Researcher can deploy underwater fish to look for debris and notify authorities, study the layout of underwater landscape, and/or observe animal reactions before/during/after storms.

Underwater fish can collect and relay information to research. The underwater fish can collect data and find debris in areas inaccessible to humans and larger equipment.
