Solution: New Process Using Blockchain

Applicant sets up profile, than uploads resume and background check information. Information is written onto blockchain.

Certain information is verified through institutions. Signature from applicant is required, stating that information is true.

Proxy re-encryption is used which increases security measures and allows applicant to have control over data.

Applicant sends resume. Job offer is made and applicant allows for background check information to be viewed by recruiter.
