From the contextual inquiry session, I have encountered that, as a novice user, she performed the tasks with difficulties and inefficiently.Process Overview

Then, found the option after some time.

Asked about selecting the price range. How to change the price of it.

Found it difficult to go to the main page, had to help. There was no option to go to that page.

Then selected the correct option as Kapruka Global shop from the main page.10. Me : Can you select a food from a restaurant?User : Selected Food / Restaurant option.

Found it difficult to find the restaurant. Confused about which type of restaurants they are.
