Conspiracy to Distribute Controlled Substances 21 U.S.C. 846, 84l(a)(l) and 841(b)(l)(C)

Beginning on or around August 2013 and continuing through March 2014, in the District

of Oregon, defendant EZEKIEL WAYNE STREETER did knowingly and willfully combine,

conspire, confederate and agree with others both known and unknown to the Grand Jury, to

distribute cocaine, cocaine base, and oxycodone, Schedule II controlled substances, and heroin

and marijuana, Schedule I controlled substances, in violation of Title 21, United States Code,

Sections 84l(a)(l) and 846.

COUNT2: Possession with the Intent to Distribute Cocaine

21 U.S.C. 84l(a)(l) and 84l(b)(l)(C)

On or about March 27, 2014, in the District of Oregon, defendant EZEKIEL WAYNE

STREETER did knowingly and intentionally possess with the intent to distribute cocaine, a

Schedule II controlled substance, in violation of Title 21, United States Code, Sections 841(a)(l)

and 84l(b)(l)(C).

CRIMINAL FORFEITURE ALLEGATION - CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES

As a result of committing the controlled substance offenses alleged in this indictment,

EZEKIEL WAYNE STREETER, defendant herein, shall forfeit to the United States pursuant

to Title 21 United States Code, Section 853, any and all property constituting or derived from

any proceeds the said defendants obtained directly or indirectly as a result of the said violation

and any and all property used or intended to be used in any manner or part to commit and to

facilitate the commission of the violations alleged in Counts 1-2 of this Indictment.
