Damaging moss can grow almost anywhere it's cool and damp. Destroying and preventing moss canextend the life of roofs, and improve the condition of patios and walkways. MOSS-B-WARE® won't stainroofs or corrode aluminum and galvanized gutters, when used as directed. And if applied from this shakercontainer, no other equipment is necessary.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE// is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.

WHEN TO MOSS-B-WAREMOSS-B-WARE® can be used any time of the year as an effective moss killer and preventative. For bestresults, apply during rainy seasons - this is when moss grows most rapidly. You should see the dying mosschanging color within 3 to 4 weeks. Light to average moss growth on pitched roofs should slowly washaway with the rain. If the growth is heavy or on flat areas, you may need to physically remove the deadmoss.

HOW TO MOSS-B-WAREYou can shake it on directly or dissolve in water. Just use the method below that best suits yourneeds.Do not allow spray or dust to drift from the application site and contact people, nontarget structures peopleoccupy at any time and associated property, parks and recreation areas, nontarget crops, aquatic andwetland areas, woodlands, pastures, range-lands, or animals. Apply only when wind speed is not more than10 mph. For sprays, apply largest droplets possible.

TO KILL EXISTING MOSS...Pitched roofs that can be walked upon, such as composition, wood shingles, or shakes can most easily betreated by shaking MOSS-B-WARE® directly from the container along the ridge of the roof. Rains canthen wash MOSS-B-WARE® down through lower moss patches. Apply 3 Ibs. for 600 square feet [1 Ib. for200 square feet] of treatment area.Rock, gravel, flat roofs and roofs that cannot be walked upon should be treated with a liquid application,using a sprinkling can or any type of pump-up sprayer. Slowly add contents of this container to 5 to 10gallons of water, stirring until completely dissolved. Single mixture will cover 600 square feet of roofingand will usually control moss for two years. [Slowly add 1 Ib. to \% to 3'/3 gallons of water, stirring untilcompletely dissolved. Single mixture will cover 200 square feet of roofing and will usually control mossfor two years.]Patios and walkways are most effectively treated with sprinkling can or pump-up sprayer application.Dead moss can just be swept away. Mix contents of this container in 5 gallons of water and apply to 600square feet of area. [Mix 1 Ib. in ]% gallons of water and apply to 200 square feet of area.] Annualapplications may be necessary.

PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTSHAZARD TO HUMANS AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS

DANGER: Corrosive. Causes irreversible eye damage. Harmful if swallowed, absorbed through skin orinhaled. Do not get in eyes or on clothing. Avoid contact with skin. Avoid breathing dust or spray mist.Wear goggles or face shield. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling. Remove contaminatedclothing and wash clothing before reuse. Do not allow persons or pets in treated areas until dusts havesettled or sprays have dried.

Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20 minutes.Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes, then continue rinsingeye. Do not induce vomiting unlesstold to do so by the poison control center or doctor. Do not give anything bymouth to an unconscious person.Take off contaminated clothing. If person is not breathing, call 911 or an ambulance,then give artificial respiration, preferably by mouth-to-mouth, if possible. Call apoison control center or doctor for further treatment advice.
