— authorizes agencies to enter into agreements to obtain supplies or services from another agency
• A June 26, 2018, a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between LM and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) provides the authority for USACE to accept work and receive funds from LM
• Under MOA, DOE contracts with USACE to interact with the licensee to gather the requisite information that will enable USACE to review the title documents, render a title opinion, and prepare a warranty deed for transfer of the land to DOE
On March 19, 2019, LM signed an Enterprise Program Management Plan with USACE for execution of individual Interagency Agreement(s) under a National USACE/LM MOA
