U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Norfolk District (NAO) FY13 Forecast of Contracting Opportunities

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Norfolk District (NAO) presents the following Forecast of Contracting Opportunities (FCO) for fiscal year 2013 for informational purposes. The FCO is a snapshot of our planned acquisitions and is for planning purposes. It does not represent a pre-solicitation synopsis, does not constitute an invitation for bid or request for proposal, and is not a commitment by NAO to purchase the desired products and/or services. The requirements listed below may or may not be executed and are contingent upon funding, real estate, permits and other factors that affect the requirements. All acquisition strategies are subject to change based on market research and as the requirements are further definitized. Requirements over the simplified acquisition threshold listed as “SB” means that the requirement will be set aside for small businesses, but the specific socioeconomic category has not been determined at the time of publication and will be ultimately determined by market research. Small businesses are encouraged to respond to NAO Sources Sought Notices, a form of market research. The projected quarters (or dates) provided below are the estimated quarters (or dates) NAO anticipates advertising requirements within the Federal Business Opportunities System (FedBizOpps) at: www.fbo.gov (for all open market procurements greater than $25K). Use DoDAAC “W91236” (a six-position code that uniquely identifies a DOD activity or organization) to locate NAO requirements within FedBizOpps.
