The different sponsorship avenues and their respective benefits have been listed below:

PLATINUM SPONSOR* Rs. 10,00,000/-

For amounts greater than Rs.10, 00,000 along with the credit of sponsoring an extravagant star night,

your organization will be declared the main sponsor of UROOJ10. Following would be the

deliverables:

PRE EVENT

The fest will be publicized as Your Organization and AUYC presents UROOJ10. The title would be

used on all publicity material which includes T-shirts, websites, invites and posters.

The invitations sent to over 100 colleges from India for UROOJ10 will carry the name and logo of the

platinum sponsor.

All the promotional ads for UROOJ10 in various newspapers and magazines and radio announcements

will carry the name and logo of the platinum sponsor.

The platinum sponsor will be provided with the email addresses of the 2000 students and alumni of AIB

for their promotion through email (on demand).

Web based publicity would be provided with a web link to the commercial web site of your

organization on www.auyc.org and www.urooj.auyc.org and would be benefited by the media and

printed publicity through our media partners.

DURING THE EVENT

Your organization will also get publicity for all events.

The Id-cards which are carried by every participant and volunteer and passes (to be sold outside Amity)

will carry the name and logo of the sponsor.

Emcee mentions during the main stage events.

Your organization will be allowed to display banners (6 numbers) at prominent locations during the

festival and 2 stage backdrops.

Standees provided by the sponsor (4 nos) will be put on stage sides and near food stalls.

Your organization will get a stall on festival grounds to share their ideas and views and/or display their

products. Various competitions will be held at the stalls by UROOJ10 to attract audience in large

numbers.

The title sponsor will be provided with five minutes promotional slot on main stage.

POST EVENT

The Company would be given full-page of color advertisement space in the official magazine-

BIOVIGNETTES of AIB.

The official website of UROOJ10 will carry the name and logo of the platinum sponsor along with an

exclusive link to your website for at least a month. Also, the logo of your organization will be displayed

on all the web-based publicity efforts for UROOJ 10 like browser extensions, blogs and desktop

themes specifically meant for that particular event.

*The above stated would be delivered to the sponsor by the organizing committee only on the payment of the

specified amount.

CO-SPONSOR* RS. 7,00,000/-

For amounts greater than Rs.7, 00,000 your organization will be declared the co- sponsor of UROOJ10.

Following would be the deliverables:

PRE EVENT

The fest will be publicized as Title Sponsor and AUYC presents UROOJ10 co-sponsored by Your

Organization. This would be used on all publicity material which includes websites, invites and

posters.

All the promotional ads for UROOJ10 in various newspapers and magazines will carry the name and

logo of the co-sponsor.

Web based publicity would be provided with a web link to the commercial web site of your

organization on www.auyc.org and www.urooj.auyc.org and would be benefited by the media andprinted publicity through our media partners.

The fest will be publicized as Title Sponsor and AUYC presents UROOJ10 co-sponsored by

Co-Sponsor in association with Your Organization. This would be used on all publicity

material which includes (except T-shirts) websites, invites and posters.

All the promotional ads for UROOJ10 in various newspapers and magazines will carry the

name and logo of the associate-sponsor.

Web based publicity would be provided with a web link to the commercial web site of yourorganization on www.auyc.org and www.urooj.auyc.org and would be benefited by the media

and printed publicity through our media partners.

EVENT SPONSOR : EVENT RATES APPLICABLE

The Event sponsor of a particular event will be discerned on criteria mentioned in the price list as well

as the event list to be produced on the respective request.

The name and logo of your organization will be associated with the event(s) chosen.

Posters, banners and videos that will form a part of the publicity efforts for the event will carry the

name and logo of your organization.

The UROOJ 10 website will feature a banner of your organization. Also, the logo of your organization

will be displayed on all the web-based publicity efforts for UROOJ 10 like browser extensions

specifically meant for that particular event.

Pamphlet distribution of your organization would be allowed at the venue of the event.

Your organization will be allowed to display banners (2 numbers) at the venue of the respective events

during the course of the event.

Standees provided by the sponsor (2 nos) will be put at the venue of the event.

The UROOJ 10 sponsorship team pledges complete support to your organization in their publicity and

branding efforts in AMITY and will also provide student volunteers during UROOJ 10.
