Urethral stricture / 3 types traumatic / inflammatory / Neoplastic
Inflammatory •Situated at anterior urethra •Most commonly in the proximal bulbar • multiple , any length • causes ,Gonococci , Chlamydia , TB 2% Reiter's syndrome , syphilis , chemical
Traumatic • at membranous urethra / posterior urethra •Most commonly following catheterization, surgery , • multiple , or single , usually short • complication / transaction , psedodiverticula , fistula , sinuses
