He travels through the growing pains of momentary acceptance, rejection and adventure. He soon learns that love comes in different packages. The film is scheduled to screen on Sunday April 5, 2015 at Cinema Paradiso located at 503 Se 6th street Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301. Showtime 6:00PM. Leading roles in Urban Heartbreak is played by Trevor De Freitas (who plays Calvin) and Terry Ann Ramirez (who plays April). Lyndon Burden, Cedricka Ferguson, Jean Pierre, and Timothy Buchanan play supporting roles. About The Director: Actor/Writer/Producer/Director Curtis “Dr. Henry” Henry is a native of Trinidad & Tobago. Presently based in Fort Lauderdale Florida. Mr. Henry has had an extensive acting career, which includes Television, Stage and Film appearances. Some of his screen credits include “Kids,” “Dread Night Folk,” and “The Forgotten Father.” He performed several success plays like “Scandals, Lies and Visa,” “Single Life in New York,” and off Broadway in “The Trial of Mumia Abu Jamal.” He has also appeared in WABC’S soap opera “The City” and appeared in music videos for Public Enemy and Ini Kamoze. Though his true passion is acting, he also lends his hand to writing poetry, some of which he has performed at the world famous Apollo Theatre in New York.
